The Villas need refurbished as they start showing their age now. Apart from that, a beautiful resort where you can truly relax.

Great and healthy breakfast and excellent service. Smiling and helpful staff always ready to help and to welcome you. Nice facilities. Secluded compound with beautiful and clean private pool. Location close to one of the best public beaches in Bali. Excellent attention to the environment: no plastic bottles nor single use plastic utensils/cups/etc - Also a couple of clearly marked rubbish bins in the room for segregating and recycling waste: well done!

Our stay at The Balé Nusa Dua surpassed all expectations from the moment we arrived. The quality of the villa exceeded by far what we were expecting, offering a luxurious and serene retreat. Building is a bit outdated, needs a few painting and pressure washing jobs on walls, wooden frames, furniture. The property needs small decor touches, more plants on tables, more vases with plants on the breakfast area, lobby, restaurant area, even at the villa outside area. It is missing interior and exterior decoration to make it more cosy and charming. Ambience is a bit bare.

It's hard to find fault as this place was pretty much perfect. A very small thing I noticed was the private pool in our villa had a couple of patches of slimy stuff on the pool walls. Its definitely not everywhere, but accidentally touching it while in the pool wasn't pleasant.

I adored this place! It was beautiful, private, spacious, quiet and luxurious. The staff were so kind and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. I would highly recommend The Bale to any adult couples (sans children) staying in Nusa Dua.

The resort is beside a busy road. We complaint about the noise, day and night. They offered us another villa, more distance to the road, but as we stayed only 3 nights, we did not want to pack the suitcases again….Also the restaurant Tapas is just beside the busy road, we once did sit down there, but also to much noise. We went out for another restaurant. Furthermore we had a credicard prepayment issue. You need to prepay and we did. But on arrival we had another creditcard with us and this was refused. We had to pay again…… we protested but indeed it was mentioned in the booking conformation that you need the booking credicard to show. But our card was replaced by a new one. so could not show the old card. After 10 days we received a money from the prepayment back…..

Only down side was availability of a beach within easy access to the property. However they were always ready and willing to provide free transportation.

Excellent fantastic options, table service and the very best staff. The setting around the beautiful pool was breath taking. The food was very good and the presentation exceptional. Cannot recommended higher

We can’t get hot water from shower for long time.
