I would have preferred to have bathrobes, slippers and kimono already inside the room as they are convenient to find instead of being asked to request them Suggestion that such nice villas should be equipped with at least a filter coffee machine not a kettle. Massage in the spa was really good and treatment room very nice…the reception area could use some better aesthetics

A peaceful oasis in the middle of Canggu chaos Beautiful property Excellent restaurant. Breakfast lots of choices and lunch and dinner items really good. Restaurant staff are lovely and very attentive. We also had a massage which was very good

There is nothing as had the best stay!

Everyone was so friendly and the service was amazing . Had a lovely massage as well. The food was amazing, especially the breakfast. The room was so lovely and loved the shower.

The best resort we have ever stayed in. It’s absolutely beautiful. The staff are incredible. They couldn’t do enough to help us from the moment we arrived - everyone at reception, the bar / restaurant area , the spa and also the caretakers / butlers. Felt so luxurious. Excellent value for money. Our stay also fell during Nyepi, Indonesian Day of Silence and the staff couldn’t have done more to still make us comfortable of this day and have an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much! We will be back!

We Liked everything. The Service was Amazing. All the staff was so friendly and Kind. Had a Great time. They offer a free Shuttle to the Main Shopping area and beaches in Canggu. The Restaurant is Great, Room Service is without an additional Charge.

It would have been nice to be able to lock the main bed room door at night.

We absolutely loved the dunk pool, the restaurant and pool area was very beautiful. The staff were also extremely nice and helpful!

Sheets were dirty on arrival and asked for them to be changed twice but they were not, rooms are a bit aged and could do with a refresh

Bed was a little on the hard side. Wifi worked well on first day then barely worked at all the rest of our trip.

Step off the busy street into a Frangapani lined oasis. The private pool villas are excellent, spacious, private and clean. We also loved the food. Could easily have ordered room service all day. Staff were great!

Only thing is it could do with some kore equipment in the gym.

The property is beautiful and our room was incredible, so comfortable and luxurious. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend this place

There isn’t anything! If I had to say one thing - would be good in include coffee at breakfast with no extra charge (they do have Balinese coffee though!)

The villa was a great size and we were very impressed with the size of the pool. The staff were absolutely incredible - so friendly and helpful. The little things were very thoughtful and made our experience memorable…big shout out to the ladies who work in the restaurant!
