Noisy because of large group of young visitors that were slamming doors at all hours and yelling in the hallway. It seemed there were about 50 + in a group of school kids. It's fine to have fun, but this carried on for days until they left. Their group leader should have been advised. The biggest issue was the size of the room vs. the cages under the bed where the storage was. If a cage is pulled out, the walkway is blocked. I can see where they can squeeze more rooms in this way, but it's frustrating. If they also had a set of slim wardrobe-type cabinets that would help. When someone gets into a cage it is noisy and can wake people up. If there was a corresponding cabinet, people could place items for the next day in the cabinet and it would give an option to not go into the storage cage all of the time.

Many positives, staff were excellent and patiently answered all questions as well as responded via messaging to earlier questions before the stay. Requested and received lower bunk and they also thoughtfully put me on a lower floor. Breakfast was well done, kitchen and fridge helpful and kept tidy. Extra bathrooms were good. Borrowed hairdryer, rented towel. Location was excellent. Friendly fellow travelers.

the metal bed could be noisy in the night. Way too noisy even at 1am or 3 am. I was at room 1. couls smell cigarettes coming from bar downstairs

My room didn’t have great ventilation so we had to have the windows open or there would be an odd smell, and the showers could be fairly cold.

I loved the location and the amenities were great! The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Fantastic value for the price, would stay again.

The beds are pretty rackety. Metal framed bunk beds not anchored to the wall. Top bunk sucks. Hard to come and go - no where else to sit / be other than on your bed. Also, the rooms were very stuffy / no ventilation/ air flow.

Nice downstairs space. Although, there was a kid group staying and running all over. Maybe that’s typical though. Had laundry facilities which is the main reason for booking.

The lighting was bad inside the room and bed. Should have more toilet facilities in all the floors.

I like the breakfast which is included in the hostel stay. The location is superb close to all the tourist attractions , shopping centre and restaurants.

The room was stuffy and warm, even in April with a small fan going. I wouldn't like to be there in summer.

Staff were great - genuinely nice, helped with issues, and most of all there was always someone there. Breakfast is fine - but included, so free coffee and a toast or whatever is always nice. Plenty of bathrooms, although they are a little small. Also was worried that this would be a mad party hostel, my room was very chill, and I think the hostel keeps a lid on it.

Breakfast is still kind of lacking, coffee machine wasn't working and there was very little to eat when I arrived at 8:30.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, they have renovated the basement/kitchen/dining areas and they look great, and the bed was shockingly comfortable for a hostel bed! I have stayed here many times and had a really awful experience at my last stay here (a year ago) so I'm glad things have improved.

Value for money was good for Dublin City Center, but still a bit pricey

Good Location within the City, close to all the sights and Pubs:) - staff was very friendly and available 24h - great communal spaces with TV, Games, Bar, etc, all you need - room was cleaned every day (we had a private room in the building next door to the Hostel, where all the dorms are, so it was also a bit more quiet) - breakfast included!!

It’s in the main road so a bit noisy but not really a biggie for me.

It’s location and the friendliness of the staff. I need to leave early both days when I was there and they’re really nice and accommodating that they open the kitchen for me so I can have hot water.

There are only 1 female toilet per floor, if your floor is busy you need to go looking for another toilet in another floor.

The location is perfect to move around the city and arrive from the airport by public transport. The breakfast is included and there are different options for all tastes. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Nothing to be honest, I think for the price it is a great deal.

Great hostel, for the price it has great value, with the included breakfast and shower in room and the location it was great. The dorm (12 female dorm) was really quiet, the staff is friendly, people are respectful of each other, you can safely store your stuff under the beds if you have a locker. I would recommend for travel alone or with friends.

Each bed had its own curtain for a bit privacy. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast(different fruit everyday, porridge, pancakes, cold cut meat, cheese, tea, toaster, sausage etc)

Computer lab needs new computer. Stop being cheap.I needed a computer to charge my phone and look up things. Two computers did not work. Also, my two towels got stolen. I think the maid took them. They act like no big deal. I had to hang them to dry out.

Close to all major attractions. Staff was very professional. Loved the free breakfast.
