Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They moved are bikes from the facility they told us to put them without letting us know
It had a pool which was really nice to swim in. I enjoyed my breakfast in the morning and had a very comfortable night's sleep

Swimming pool and changing rooms were too cold , especially for small children. Condensation was running off the windows both mornings we got up .
Staff were brilliant, especially Josephine in the restaurant . Food was excellent

The walls were very thin and any noise from the neighbouring room was heard. No water in the bedrooms, although a lovely girl delivered a jug of water up to me when i requested it.
The staff were great, the leisure centre staff, breakfast staff and reception staff all left a positive lasting impression. The breakfast was a superb experience particularly, good quality irish breakfast, staff were so accomodating and pleasant, there was no rushing around and busy buffet like iv experienced in other places. Comfortable bed, large windows in the room and a great feel about the place.

One of the doors after exiting lift was located at a corner and it was tight when meeting people in the corridor.
It was clean, big reception area and seemed busy when I arrived there.

TV service was difficult to navigate ; Failed to find RTE1 Radio service;; Additional Charge of €4 for Cappuchino rather than filter coffee at breakfast;; The duck special at dinner was disappointing? Used a visa debit card for payment for room on arrival precluded addition of breakfast and dinner charges to my room account - if I was informed of this at arrivalI would have used a credit card instead of my debit card

The room view was a brick wall. The chips with the valentine meal were under cooked I had to get them changed. The bathroom sink had a chip in it. The shower gel fell off the wall. We were told there was no swimming on Saturday morning as swimming lessons I think that's mental however we were in luck as the lessons got cancelled for that day. The chairs in the dining room are worn-out and in desperate need of fixing. The TV has a bad picture and only a few stations. The room we got was not a deluxe it was a family room as it had a spare bed in it.
The service in the dining hall is absolutely amazing, they couldn't help enough. The leisure facilities and the spa were excellent. The steak was gorgeous and the breakfast was good plus you provided a full gluten free breakfast for my husband.

View from the the window was the side of the gym. The water from the taps was horrible and couldn't be used to make tea., there was one bottle of water in the room but luckily I had water in my car. The remote control for the television was missing the back of it so the batteries kept on coming out.
The room was a nice size. The bed was comfortable.

Very very disappointed with the breakfast. We arrived down for breakfast at 8.15am. The spread looked brilliant unfortunately the hot breakfast was cold with some components such as the potatoes and black pudding inedible considering the quality of the food the night before this left us with a downbeat feeling on departure for our 200+ mile drive home.
A slight mix up at check in which was resolved very quickly excellent reception staff. Our room was a typical hotel room good size clean with everything you could need. The bed was superb one of the best nights sleep I have had in a hotel. The food in the restaurant was superb highly recommend.
