Great location . 5 minute walk to centre . Beautiful interior . Tasteful and elegant and relaxing . Loved the outdoor fire and bar . Super staff . Indian gentleman who welcomed us at breakfast was just so lovely . The Voya bathroom products were wonderful . I really enjoyed my Nespresso wake up coffee ( in room ) and the cups were just so lovely

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the rooms and food were excellent and the staff we very attentive and polite. The pool facilities were a huge bonus! We will definitely be back!

It's a little bit of a walk to town, but it's a nice hotel to come back to and relax afterwards.

The hotel is well maintained and classically appointed. The room was large, clean and comfortable and had an in-room coffee tea and hot chocolate set up and a king size bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's free parking under the hotel but can only be reached by outside steps. We didn't stay long enough to try any of the hotel amenities. There's a gas station across the street that has really good pastries.

Beautiful hotel. Great location, lovely decor/details and the beds were so comfortable. Lovely little bar and outdoor heated seating area. Pool and sauna were lovely. Staff were all so friendly. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Not enough power outlets in the room. Walls to thin- can hear others. Freezing cold in room- heater wasn't working well.

Gorgeous bathroom with rain shower head and mirror didn't fog! Lovely places to hang out around the hotel. Great walking distance to downtown area. Great breakfast!

It would have been nice for the townhouse if it had guest laundry facilities. Even the servo around the corner had laundry facilities

Staff were exceptional, especially in the spa and pool area. In the pool the man was very attentive and chatty and gave ys good recommendations. Then the spa lady was lovely to our while group and gave us recommendations too.

our room was very dated and grimy it was not the room we booked.when we checked in we were told there was a problem with heating so they changed our room. on entering our room there was an old dried in nail varnish stain in the carpet (i informed staff and were nice about it) but room just felt dirty after that .bathroom was modern but not cleaned to a hotel standerd.toilet wasn’t cleaned properly.Heating at night was too high and no control in the room had to open window but didn’t help much

location ..walking distance into town staff were very friendly although he seemed to be doing everything from reception to bar etc cannot remember his name but i hope he’s getting good pay

Everything was fantastic

Room was lovely and spacious, but the main reason I writing this review is the staff. The lady at reception was the best I ever had see. Really helpful, pleasant and a beautiful personality. We were down for the kerry v cork game, the weather was fantastic and she had just come back from her hoildays. She was having a great laugh with us. Fantastic check in and gave us all the information that we needed. Didn't get her name but she was 10/10. Thanks again for a beautiful stay

The only thing was the noise from either outside the window or in the bathroom , it was like a drip that went on all night .

Breakfast very good ,location within walking distance of the town and the room was big and spacious with a beautiful king size bed.
