We always stay in The Randles when we go to Kerry. It's like a home from home for us. Very friendly, welcoming staff from reception, resturaunt and house keeping. Great location, lovely clean hotel, highly recommended and will always return!

Had asked for a quiet room as we had to be up at 6. Was given a room with connecting door to another room. The couple were noisey and woke us when returning after the pub, and later in the night also. Not the hotel staff’s fault, but would have preferred a non connecting room when specifically asked for a quiet one as lost a lot of sleep.

Location, staff, lovely room. We were gone at 6.30am so can’t comment on any facilities/food but am sure it was lovely based on the rest of our experience.

Signposting around the car park - we thought there was only underground parking, with quite steep stairs to get up to the hotel level. We then realised there was there was parking available on the same level as the hotel. There is the ability to call for help with the bags from that car park.

The location was perfect for a Christmas gig at the INEC - we were able to walk to and from the venue reducing the stress of getting a taxi during the busy Christmas period. We were also able to walk into town for food and some shopping again reducing the need for taxis. The furniture in the room had an antique feel too, not your usual minimal fixtures and fittings which made it feel really cosy and quite Christmasy. Special mention is needed for the bathroom - which was the bathroom of my dreams....modern concept, great lighting and a walk-in shower with rainfall & handheld shower heads (with the controls at the end of the shower so no need to get drenched with cold water while you attempt to get the right temperature or hit in the face by the handheld shower spray when you were expecting the rainfall shower.) Absolute perfection!!!

No A/c. Restaurant is in an adjoining hotel which requires a walk through the carpark outside to get to it. Not a big deal.

Very spacious and clean room with an extremely comfortable bed. A beautiful bathroom,with automatic, soft lighting which means you don't have to turn on a switch in the middle of the night and the lighting is just enough for you to see without making you squint. A great feature I haven't seen elsewhere. Great shower! Well appointed public spaces and rooms and easy access to potable water in the hallway. i will stay here again when I'm back in a few months.

The heating was on constantly so was a little uncomfortable at times, but better than being cold. Our room was located next to the lift so was a little noisy but could not of been helped.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Lovely food and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location and would highly recommend.

Location of hotel is excellent, short 5min stroll to town centre and also on the right side of town to drive to national park for visiting Muckross House and Torc waterfall. Staff were also very friendly and couldn't do enough for you.
