Shower head pressure was very low, and the shower cubicle sliding screen was broken so extra care had to be taken. We also missed maybe a little tray on the wall by the toilet sink to leave our toiletries. However none of these were a big deal and we felt overall comfortable.

The place was very clean and the staff were very helpful in letting us check in after their usual working hours. The place is simple, but comfortable, great location without being so central that it'd be noisy.

Shower drain is in the middle of the WC/toilet causing the entire bathroom floor to get wet.

Not a big criticism but I asked for a quiet room towards the back and then I asked if the bed had two mattresses. They answered that they had moved us to a twin room, which was very considerate, but in the process the constraint of a quiet room towards the back was not kept so we had the street noise...

Very friendly staff, comfortable mattresses, complimentary breakfast with all the necessary basics, close to a canal for nice evening strolls.

The bathroom is tiny and and the shower draining in the middle means you have to shower last or you'll have wet feet.

My room did not match the picture I selected. The room was so small my bathroom door couldn’t open all the way and the bathroom was so small the toilet was half way under the sink. I couldn’t sit on it straight. I had to sit on it sideways

Room was cold when we arrived and couldn't get the heating on, eventually came on late in the evening. Quite noisy as we were on the front of the building

Able to leave bags when we arrived early. Room clean and nice. Bed very comfy. Kitchen area available with fridge, microwave, table and chairs. Outside patio area. About a 20 minute walk to the centre of Dublin IE. Grafton Street 'Aircoach' stop for airport just outside of the accommodation

Heater in the wall made constant noise during the night. There was mold in the minifridge (which we didn't use). The elevator was broken and we were on the top floor.

I stayed at the guest house and the wifi did not work. The TV in the room also did not work as well as the USB ports. Luckily, a kind staff member found me an adapter to use.

Sadly, some guests before us broke the suna bench in our room and jacuzzi settingswhich was not picked up, which spoiled our afternoon relax. But staff offered to fix straight away, which we did not take up as passed the relax point by then. Wish it had been picked up before our stay, but other than that amazing stay.
