Loves everything.

The friendliness of staff in any hotel is a must for me, but the friendly staff in this hotel were so fab! 1. We were greeted by a man called Kevin, so friendly and chatty and informative. 2. The lady on reception, who checked us in - was also so kind and chatty. 3. The bar staff - fab! Especially the girl with the blonde hair in the cocktail bar. 4. The lady in the pink dress who showed us to our breakfast table was so lovely, and attentive.

The food wasn’t the best. We did have a starter and desert one night but the desert was cold even though the little pan it was served in was too hot to touch. To be honest they were most apologetic and we didn’t have to pay for it.

We only had breakfast one day but we didn’t rate it very much. The omelette wasn’t very good and my fish cakes were over cooked and dry. There was hardly any ingredients for the cooked breakfast left despite going up there 3 times and they promised to bring them out but they didn’t, so went for the Omlette and fish cakes instead which was poor.

My one issue was the dust in the room. Nothing major, but there was a layer of dust on the bedside lamps and some floating in the air in the bedroom. The rest of the hotel was superbly clean from what I saw.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The view from the Panorama bar is amazing. The food was great. The room was so warm and cozy, the bed was extremely comfortable, and there wasn't too much noise through the walls.

Tricky parking (and not really enough)

A good atmosphere and very active friendly and helpful staff. Great view over Cork. Pleasant live piano music in dining room. Good dinner and breakfast.

While staying my partner was in severe pain with what we later found out was his appendix and i asked for a paracetamol for him but i was not allowed

The dining room and terrace has beautiful views. But unfortunately it was raining and cloudy that day.

Overall ambiance. Nice gym. Excellent food. The doorman, Ken, is outstanding and we felt so welcome. The front desk manager at 6 section of I'm hoping that she gets a raise soon. Or I'll hire her away from you! A truly enjoyable experience and we are sure to return

In room tv didn’t work. No digital channels. Shower water pressure was weak. Swimming pool was too cold to be enjoyed.

The breakfast room is very large, and the buffet is situated at the very far end from where we were seated. Once you had gone back and forth a few times food got cold. No fried eggs on the buffet.

The view is spectacular, and the hotel uses it to its best advantage.

One particular bar man was extremely condescending and rude to my friends. Horrible tone and lack of manner. Added an unfortunate tone to our overall stay.

Beautiful leisure centre, welcoming reception staff who couldn't be more helpful or polite. Lovely comfortable room and delicious food in Panorama restaurant. Beautiful views also from the terrace.

We would've appreciated a mini fridge in the room for our lunch. But the staff kindly kept ours in the kitchen fridge which was appreciated.

Customer service was very welcoming and helpful. They kindly stored our tupperware in the kitchen fridge and extended our checkout time without hesitation. Our room was very comfortable, quiet, and we loved the blackout blinds. We used the gym and saunas which were well kept, clean and relaxing. We appreciated that this was included in our stay and not at an extra cost. We are so glad we paid a bit extra for breakfast, as it was delicious and plentiful. We also had dinner there that night which was exceptional and with a great view of the city.
