There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke in our bathroom.

Being woken up builders banging and a fire alarm on two individual mornings at 7:30 was disappointing

The lift, was temperamental

Honestly... nothing to report.

The atmosphere is fantastic, I felt like I was at home, nice and comfortable hall, good bar, The rooms are very comfortable, perfect air conditioning and romantic furniture. The breakfast is superb, wide choice end very good quality. The position is perfect to reach by walk all the main must see sites n Dublin

Room 150 . Sink in room slow to empty. Lots of water /pipe noise from bathroom upstairs.

We stayed on floor 4 was advised to take the lift to floor 3 then a few steps !!! This is not true it’s more than a few steps and also more stairs and stairs not suitable for anyone with a disability and to be honest I was not prepared for the hike !

Lovely hotel, stayed before and would stay again, rooms are lovely and comfortable, room service available, 2 nice bars and lobby is lovely. Quite pricey but for the location its ok.

Only minor, but the elevator could do with an upgrade. It takes ages to arrive and is quite small. We'd have used the stairs but our hotel key cards where temperamental with the locks on the doors to the hallway from the stairs, so opted to use the lift mostly, but it was slow.

This hotel has a beautiful reception/bar area which we made use of on our last day, the staff are all polite and helpful. The location is central to everything you need in Dublin, on the same road as the temple bar with lots of other great bars and restaurants. Just over the bridge from the massive shopping area and round the corner from all the main bus, tram and coach stops. The breakfast in this hotel was gorgeous too, glad we paid the little bit extra for it to be included.

I had to be moved due to noise but it wasn't an issue, the manager was brilliant solving the problem. Make sure to ask for a street facing room.

The lobby is beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful. The cleaning service noticed we drank all our water every night so they left us extra.

Elevator broke. Maze to get to room. Rooms are not self temperature controlled.

Maintenance. Request plug for sink twice and couldn’t help. Lift didn’t work Saturday night - no one seemed interested. Another customer complained that shower wouldn’t shut off and had reported it 2 days before!!

Two things 1 We have stayed before at The Fleet but this time there was an odour of sewage in the room. 2 On the Friday night the alarm went off 4 times waking us all night

When we arrived the lift was broken & were given very poor directions on how to get to our floor. We also had to carry our bags up many flights of stairs. (Although, we found a staff member while on our walk & he was very helpful!) The fire alarm went off 4 times across the two days we stayed. Once at about 5pm on the Friday & three times between 4am-6am on Saturday morning. There was no fire.

The only critism was the rooms were basic BUT i was in a 'Single' room, the rooms were family were in looked lovely.

Location is amazing, On Temple Bar without being too much in the hustle and bustle. The reception/bar area when we were there at Christmas was devine! The roaring fire and the tree made it so cosy when we got back after a day on our feet, sat in front of the fire with a wine made me so happy!! The staff were so friendly and the breakfast room was really lovely. Such a pretty hotel would 1000000% stay again!
