The room door did not have an arm to control the door so if you didn't hold it the door slammed shut very loudly.

Housekeeping was lacking. Tea/coffee was not even replaced. Bed linen was strained and not changed even after asking staff to do it. They just made the same bedsheet back. Cleanliness was an issue.

The location is great. All the sightseeing places are walkable, and the temple bar area is 10 mins. Rooms are fine if they are a little tight on space.

Has become totally overpriced for what you get. Rooms are small and what used to be a firm favourite with us has become a bit jaded. Have looked at hotels close by and definitely better deals to be had with better rooms.

The sink in the bathroom was blocked and the toilet did not flush well. The towels were not big enough and there were not enough of them.

Nothing, the desk chair in our room had a wobbly wheel which had I been staying on business would have been irritating but since this was pleasure it made no difference. The room was a nice size but I would have liked a little extra elbow room if it had been possible but only a small gripe

Super close to the city centre but far enough away to be quiet this was the perfect location and we genuinely had a wonderful time. The room was lovely , although the building works at the back didnt make for the best view in the world but the decor inside was sensational, a beautiful hotel!

Staff and rooms were excellent. Stayed here for 4 nights, close to attraction and within walking distance to sites in Dublin.

Work was ongoing in the corridors it was noisy at times. A large tile was missing above the shower and the extraction was not working. A shower curtain was in place but the shower head was not straight so what ever I did the floor got wet and good have been a hazard.

Reception and the bar/restaurants were very stylish. Location was ideal.

12 euro for breakfast was a bit much seeing as i was staying for 3 nights one breakfast included would have been nice as i stayed for 3 nights and in March and in December so i have spent a good bit of money with you so far

We waited 1 hrs and a half on our room which was disappointing as we had a show booked but the hotel staff were lovely and upgraded us to a suite and gave us free breakfast for 2 mornings and 2 free drinks. The next morning we had to swap rooms again because the warm water wasn't working in the suite which was a bit of a hassle but the new 4th floor room was lovely and modern and the girl caitlyn gave us free lunch and another drink which helped with the inconvenience.

The rooms were lovely and location was great.
