The bedroom was spacious but there was no proper desk area for someone with a laptop to work at.

A delicious dinner in the restaurant on our second night as well as a very pleasant light lunch in the Atrium the previous day, each time with a friend.

The College Green Hotel is a very well welcoming place and the staff were extremely friendly throughout our stay. The Christmas decorations in the lobby were beautiful and added to the magic of our visit at this time of year. The Hotel is also extremely well placed for access and strolls to numerous restaurants, traditional Irish pubs and the famous Grafton street, Dublin. Thoroughly enjoyed our short break...despite the inclement weather!

Oh blimey have they put ip their prices! Appreciate some refurb done but that shouldn’t be at the expense of your customers who over the years have paid plenty and name change…it’s got to be a legal reason or why!?!?!? More money spent for no reason.

Location is great and the rooms are cosy yet great if you need to work for some or the time. Also quiet. Very clean too…staff of all levels do an excellent job of making you welcome.

The College Green transition has removed all of the former Westin Dublin traditional charm, rooms are generic, housekeeping indifferent. Gorgeous marble bathrooms have given way to tiles and half baths. Strong smell of damp in the closet and coffee area. Called front desk for maintenance at 5:30pm, as two of the lamps don’t work - called an hour later and was told rudely that they’d be here “shortly”. It’s 9:15am following day, still waiting, zero initiative or follow up from staff.

The only thing that I found a little much of being picky was for the price of the Room for one night with breakfast I was shocked to see that you had to pay for additional items for breakfast as they were not included.

Terrible room service food. In 2023 it’s absurd that a hotel doesn’t have a proper set of tv channels or even basic freeview. There were 12 channels in various foreign languages and only 3 working channels in English.

For a five star hotel breakfast was poor ! The food was not hot and the coffee was incredibly diluted and substandard. The seating arrangements were too narrow and guests kept knocking tables spilling milk, etc. The lady seating guests at breakfast was not very welcoming and lacked patience in contrast to all other staff

Amazing location to explore Dublin, beautiful room with a view of Trinity, very grand and majestic decor.
