Bat Yam is lucky to have a Beachfront hotel like Roxon. 30 seconds from Bat Yam beach 🏖️ You can also watch the sunset from you room with your family. The Reception Team and the Cleaning team of the location are very professional. Always smiling you already start your wonderful experience in the check in. David from the reception is a real king. Always taking care of the guests with love and patience. During the day Oksana also from the reception gives recommendations for going out for shopping and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Clara from Phillipines takes care of the cleaning of the Lobby every hour. She is an amazing person. I highly recommend this place for singles, couples and families. there is no hotel parking, but there is lots of paid parking in the area.

There is no airing in the hallway, the air-conditioning is set by the hotel (it was a hot night and the air conditioning was on heat) and if you open the window there is a lot of noise from the street, parking is paid or based on pure luck

The staff was very very welcoming, the location is great- right by the sea and close to everything, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, the hotel offers free coffee and pastries all day, low pricing for the rooms mid-week

A lovely little hotel, very quiet rooms are clean and comfortable, though a little small. Staff is very friendly and helpful breakfast was satisfactory and the free espresso in the lobby is a huge plus for me

No negatives, all positive!

Rooms were spacious, clean, and wonderful! The toiletries were very nice. The lobby area has water, juice, coffee, teas, and cake. Only got to stay 2 nights, but it was a perfect location. It's a wonderful boutique hotel that is steps away from the beach. Traveling with a friend, the room was spacious for 2 adults with a lot of luggage. The room has a small fringe, a safe, great mixture of pillows, and most importantly, very comfortable beds. There are plenty of great dining spots, ice cream, and bakery. I'm not sure all the reviews that complain of smell. It's lovely and meets our American standards.

the hotel is not far by car or public transportation from Tel Aviv. It's on a great beach and the staff is the best. Parking can be a bit tricky but the hotel will make sure there is room for you. leave the car and go everywhere in PT

Hotel was right near the beach, which was great. Place was clean and well-appointed. Rooms are small, but fine. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was impressive for such a small hotel. 24 hr coffee/cake available in the lobby was great. And the staff was all super nice and accommodating.
