To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The breakfast was outstanding, and the fact their offer a free finger buffet in the business slouunge was a bonus. I would like to see a slightly better offering, say a hot pasta dish to go with the salads, and pasta really is relatively inexpensive

Israel1._ First of all we stayed at room 604 and the floor of the room was almost without a carpet just under the bed's area and the rest of the floor was uncomfortable to walk in! 2._ The first night we noticed that the bed undersheet was dirty. We told them and they came immediately to change all the bed sheets.
The manager ( Shay) and the reception team were very helpful and attentive! And they give us the opportunity to have a late check out, that we really appreciated! The location for us was perfect because we need to be close to Assuta Hospital. The breakfast was delicious , plenty and full of options!
