No parking and not a lot of natural light in the hotel, giving it a slightly gloomy feel, also it's situated under a busy underpass. No pool.

The outside appearance was not nice and hard to find on the board walk, Also saw a juge, cockroach on the floor where the sauna and gym is supposed to be.

There were dead cockroaches in the room, the swimming pool was too small for so many guests, there was no microwave oven and no hairdryer in the room at this high-priced hotel.

The hotel is so close to the beach and town . Was very clean, friendly, and nice rooms . Breakfast was tasty and so much food. Friendly staff . Highly recommended the spa in the hotel , had one of my best massages .

Our request via booking.com for a wheelchair accessible room with shower chair was not received at the hotel. Requested again on check-in. While we didn't get a disabled room, the wheelchair was easy to get through the wide door, so that was not a problem. It took us a night or two to get a shower chair, which was disappointing. He had to stand, which is difficult and dangerous. The only alternative before receiving the shower chair was to go without on sit on the shower floor, which is not ideal.

We stayed several times last year and were happy with the price for this excellent location and enjoyed the hotel even while under renovations. Very pleased to get the same good price this year even though the renovations are complete including gym and externally operated spa. The lifeguard and security at the pool were fantastic, helping us use the wheelchair lift on level 6 to access the pool and bar. Enjoyed the fig biscuits and bottle of red wine supplied in the room. The breakfast buffet is good value.

Not enough towels for a beach hotel! One should not have to wait for towels because the hotel is busy .

Breakfast and wines great. It’s a great play to stay in Tel Aviv. Would like to make particular mention if the desk staff. We had a complicated booking and from check in to check out the agents were superb. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. We’ll definitely return.

Entrance and finding the hotel was quiet difficult. Taxi driver could not find entrance. I have been to TLV a few times so I am familiar with the entrance and getting around that area but for first timers can be quite difficult. A little depressing looking from the outside, hotel looks like it's been through alot of wear and tear from the outside and could really do with some TLC but inside the hotel is wonderful. Could do with major refurb on the outside to make it look more attractive.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Lady on the front desk, I cannot remember her name unfortunately, who checked me in was really reassuring as I had a big problem with the taxi driver who had just dropped me off was very aggressive and threatening, so I was very distressed when checking in and she calmed me down and was really nice and helpful. Pool area really nice also.

the fridge in our room was damaged, waters fluid to the floor. uon our references, the technical staff replaced it immediately. also the safer was locked uon our arrival, we requested 5 times to set it ready for use, finally a technician visit our room at 11pm the room was clean but in deeper glance, the selves at their edge where full of dust. Additionally the pool roof top was abandoned and not open to customers

The entrance to the hotel is under a dirty overpass. The building the hotel is in looks dirty and confusing to locate. The rooms aren’t soundproof. You can hear the sound of the music from the beach loudly.

The interior was very nice. The breakfast buffet was vast and tasty. The service was great.
