The evening stuff didn't know there was an open restaurant near the pool.

A wonderful place, clean, amazing stuff, and has a great pool and gym. The location is great. Easy to get to and from with a car or a bus.

Breakfast no fresh pancakes. Not enough kid friendly options for breakfast. Dinner was a lil weak. Pool, didn't realize was a senior citizens lapping pool.

    Desert for dinner was great.

The single bed was a little narrow! The upgrade to a pool view was not an upgrade with building waste on full view and the pool in the corner.

Lovely kibbutz hotel with a very tasty Israeli breakfast

The stuff was really unpleasant, simple food and nothing more. Not much to see around the kibbutz

I liked the room and that it was clean, great parking zone, how easy it was to reschedule

Shabbat elevator!!! We always have to be considerate of the religious but they don't have to be considerate of us - that's just SO wrong (a huge problem in Israel in general). So we stayed close so we can climb up only one floor, but it's supposed to be the other way around - NORMAL elevator, and if you don't want to use it - YOU take the stairs.

Everything! Super kid-friendly, the pool is amazing (see property photos if you haven't already), breakfast had an insane variety - even if they offered the half, I would still say it was an insane variety. Comfortable rooms, extra activities that we didn't participate in but they sound real nice.

The fact the in Shabat there was no service, no cleaning at all, we ask for new towels and no one has come to bring those to us, in addition the only elevator was in Shabat mode , so you have to wait ages to reach your destination.

The swimmimg pools were amazing, the breakfast was great, the room was very spacious.

The room was very unclean, new sheets were put on the bed with visible stains on them. Also there were visible stains on the sofa, and trash under the bed that wasn't cleaned after the lasts visitors. It was clear that the room wasn't properly cleaned for a long time.

The room was spacious and the area around the hotel was very pretty.

I found it distracting when the tour guide was talking how he built the Kibutz and fought independence wars when he looks like 60 years old. Shouldn't he be like 100 to be clearly speaking like that?

The facilities are good, the area is fantastic, food really exceeded expectations but the spirit of staff is what you would expect from a Kibutz, it lacks discipline so cleaning and service was a bit lagging.

Pool area not clean enough - grass dirty - and pool itself very very crowded (I guess to be expected, but would have helped if it was cleaner).

I love Ramat Rachel - a bit of an oasis in a hot, urban city in the summer. Generous meals, lovely rooms, welcoming staff.

The buffet dinner was quite disappointing in quality and variety and very expensive for what we ate... and the main reason why we weren't thrilled with our stay. (My fault for not asking the price when we walked in, but not something I would normally do as I would trust such a family hotel to have reasonable prices for children). The large floor tiles in our rooms didn't look clean, perhaps they are stains that can't be removed.

The sports facilities and the pools are very good, especially for teens. The breakfast was fine, Nice view from our windows. Convenient transportation into the city so you can leave your car parked at the hotel - no parking hassles. Most of the staff members were very nice.

We were situated in a room that allowed us to sleep only one out of two nights. Unfortunately a large very loud youth group prevented us from getting any rest the second night. Would have been perfect if not for that. Next time, I would hope the hotel would be honest about situating us in a room with the potential for great disturbance or compensate us in some way after what happened.

Wonderful pool and garden. Good places to stroll. Excellent Buffet at meals.
