We felt a little bit cheated as European tourists when we ordered a bucket of beer and they told us there were only the most expensive ones available and then we saw Indian tourists with the one we had ordered(much cheaper)

The resturant and bar closes at 10:30pm each day. There was limited room services.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The facility is relaxing and very green. The room was as pictured and location is great!

Wifi is like a snail .... Breakfast does not have much options when it comes to continental food. Hope use Infinity pool till 8 or 9 pm.

Amenities are too little considering the price. Often blackouts. Poor wi-fi connection. The condition that Booking.com showed me was "twin beds and including one breakfast", however, it turned out to be "double bed and no breakfast". I asked to change the type of bed and they modified soon, but finally we paid for breakfast. Though they served high-quality one and treated us very friendly, we had to accept the difference of our understandings.

Staffs are very kind. Restaurant offers great meals. The scenery from the pool is awesome. Quiet place. 10 minutes walk to BAGA Beach.

The service and general experience from the booking team, reception staff and manager was very disappointing and did not create a very good first impression.

Very good location for relaxed retreat from busy towns of Baga, Calangute and Anjuna. Most of the bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful especially Rouland Fernandes. Gautum Jena from the housekeeping team was also excellent.

Very poor service from staff. While they were always friendly, when you would ask for something e.g. water or toilet paper they would say yes of course and then simply not bring it. Many times I had to ask 3 or 4 times before looking for a cleaners cart and simply getting it myself. This is particularly frustrating because upon check out it turned out that if the water was delivered to the room it would’ve been free, however because I had to go to the restaurant to get it myself, I was now charged per bottle. The restaurant service was also extremely slow, we waited over an hour for a few sandwiches and again, had to ask many times. Finally, there were 3 of us staying in the room, but we were only allowed one room key for some reason. We were told to go to reception to ask to be let in, should we split up. This doesn’t make sense, just give more keys. While the resort facilities are fine and the staff are polite, for the price the service should be better.

Nice facilities, clean and functional. The guy who stands at the gate was also great - always very friendly and helpful upon arrival. The new years gala dinner was also very nice.

Horrible experience, the staff were rude and even after booking the room and got confirmed they started saying at the check-in time that booking was not confirmed and they said tax wasn't included in the booking amount and made us wait for longtime for check-in. Breakfast was very average and no varieties I asked for 10 more mins extra for check out as we had baby but they denied it rudely and after souch of discussion they finally agreed. Especially the reception staff were very harsh and arrogant. It's not at all worth the amount we paid as the rooms did not meet the expectation I mean it's not worth the pricing we paid. I would surely not recommend this hotel
