The staff were really helpful. Vicky was outstanding! He could answer every question, including getting an Indian sim at the hotel, the provider came to us and the process was very simple and easy.

Room without windows are marketed as the best rooms. They might be nicely decorated but feel very claustrofobic. The hot water situation is very confusing . You are suppodedto contact the front desk.

I got a free upgrade to an 'executive' room. While the room was comfortable I was not happy there as it had no windows and felt very claustrofobic to me. Front desk staff did their best to find me a much simpeler room but with a window. They reimbursed me the difference in rate in the form of a travel voucher. The resta3urant which is now on the roof/top floor is a nice place to hang out

The Air condition was impossible to handle so you can stay on freezing room or warm room.

The street is really noisy with all the honking cars so when your eating in the restaurant upstairs sometimes the noise can be really intense but hey, its Delhi! The staff are friendly and helpful but you also get the feeling that they are all expecting a tip for every little thing they do to help you which can feel uncomfortable after awhile.

Upon arrival we were given a free upgrade to a suite which was really spacious. The overall staff are very friendly and helpful and the front desk staff worked hard to make our staff comfortable, adding an extra night to our stay beyond our original reservation dates. The main lobby is set up so you can relax if your waiting for transport or have already checked out and it has lots of place to power your phone. The location is really good with lots of restaurants and stores right out the door of the hotel and the metro station is within walking distance. T'here is a real cross section of travellers staying at the hotel so it has a cool international cross roads kind of vibe.

It is in a very busy and quite run down area, which at first was a concern. However after the first day we embraced it & walked around the streets at night with no issues at all. We actually enjoyed seeing a different part of Delhi. No window in the room, however, this meant it was very quiet.

Close to New Delhi station Cheap to get Tut Tut to Connaught Place (100 - 150 rupees) Travel centre “Shigeta Travels” within lobby so able to book Taj Mahal trip for a good price with confidence we were not getting conned. Around £100 for driver for the day, with Taj & Red Fort tickets included.

Window in the room cannot be opened which makes the room to feel bit humid. And the street is pretty noisy also during the night, but a pair of ear plugs can fix this.

Great location, good restaurant and hotel premises were just fine. Very nice and helpful staff allowing us to check in a bit earlier. Shower is with hot water but you might need to wait a bit before it starts running in yours. Will definitely book another night on my way back.

The stay could have been improved by having a heater in the room (it was a little bit cold and there wasn't even a hairdryer in the bathroom).

Good quality for price, considering the area. Spacious room. Very kind and helpful staff at reception, especially Mr. Rajr who also helped me organize transport to the airport. Good food with acceptable prices and efficient room service with no hidden fees. I felt safe and comfortable as a solo female traveller.
