We found the mattress quite soft so it wasn’t super comfortable for us as we prefer a firm mattress but we managed to get a decent nights sleep each night. Everything else was great!

Great hotel and great staff. Location was close to a bus stop for excursions and could walk to everywhere we wanted to go within 10-20 mins

Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff, Luciano went the extra mile to serve us with a smile and attention . Received good recommendations for food and other attractions from Alma and Alejandra : knowledgeable professionals. Our room was clean every day with all the essentials. Bathroom is too small, shower door doesn’t close well and water leaks which makes using the toilet a bit uncomfortable, not a big deal though.

Clean room and very comfy bed which is essential for a good rest after long day trips! Staff were super kind and helpful Location is great, very central – close to a bus stop, shops and restaurants Breakfast is good Overall it was a great stay, would recommend! :)

Great location, and friendly staff. Hotel has obviously been refurbished recently so all the furnishings and amenities are excellent. Good breakfast and I was pleased with the size of the balcony.

Great location short walk to the main walking streets of Reykjavík. Quiet street so great for an undisturbed sleep. Friendly staff, gave some great recommendations. We arrived early so as expected our room wasn’t ready but they kept our luggage gave us some suggestions for where to go and sent a message once our room was ready.

for two people the room was very small - not did I know it would only be 12 m2, but it felt small as well. we escaped into the restaurant and lobby for work and reading, so at the end it was fine

everything was super clean, the staff very kind, the breakfast great, they take care about little details like fresh flowers in the lobby and real candles on the tables for breakfast as well as in the evening - really like this place a lot

Location and bed comfort-wow! This hotel is located right in the centre of town within a 5 min walk. The breakfast was enough and very cosy.

Our Rooman was next to the elevator, which made a lot of noise. The noise was really disturbing during night time.

Location was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful and breakfast was great. Really good choice and great that they had alternative milk. Room was small but adequate and bed was really comfortable. Even managed to see a glimpse of the northern lights from our balcony. Definitely recommend for a trip to Reykjavík.

The only 2 things I'd have liked is to have tea, coffee and milk in the room itself rather than having to go to reception to ask for some, and the other is to have an extra mirror where the dressing table is. My wife couldn't use the table to get ready as the only mirror was above the sink. These are very minor things, it would not deter me from staying here or again or recommending this hotel to others, great value for money.

Fantastic hotel, really modern decor, perfect location and was instantly made to feel welcome and comfortable. The staff were fantastic, responding to messages within 15-20 minutes to help with any queries that we had, and were always attentive and on hand; they gave us plenty of time to go through which tours were the best and helped us to guide our choices for the activities we chose, and they were spot on with their recommendations. Nice breakfast, the beds were comfy and the showers were really nice. Overall a fantastic stay.

Wonderful value for money, good location. The one thing that was particularly outstanding was how welcoming and kind were the people in the reception. They knew the area, gave me good recommendations for places to visit! Also, the hotel has its own restaurant with reasonably priced dishes and drinks.
