Dinner and breakfast were below average. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels, but for the first time experienced charging extra for fried eggs! As for the dinner - serving the same side dishes with beef and with fish is not really 5* cooking.

Very nice hotel with an amazing atmosphere. Ida is taking care about all details. After dinner event made our stay so special. Pool area( especially outside) is amazing. Veronica was so polite and professional during the breakfast and dinner. We will come again.😊

Hotel in general seems a bit old-fashioned and "dusty", but still quite comfortable. Working time of pool facilities can be longer, I would be happy if pool can be available for visit up to 23:00.

Brilliant facilities all round

Room was noisy when I wanted to rest due to sound coming from upstairs room. Advised reception but no offer to move. Ability to book therapies limited due to availability of staff etc.

service was really good and staff made you feel at home. , gym was modern and well equipped. hospitality, history was amazing with the room showing photos of the its history through time, decor absolutely amazing!!! Excellent location!

Everything is a bit (or sometimes more) outdated; not old-fashioned (what on the ground floor works well), but simply old. Breakfast is with limited choice, and had to wait for refilling every time, at least the coffee is good.

Huge room, suitable for families as well (opening the sofa-bed is additional charge, which is communicated clearly), practically two separate rooms with everything opened fairly good together. Nice spa and swimming area, with sauna and steam; but every water is really hot, and no chance to cool down anywhere.

Not much but if i had to be picky, the food options at the pool were rather underwhelming.

Swimming pools separate and too many steps

all is fine, old but very cosy hotel, friendly staff and hospitable hostess

the indoor pool was a bit too warm for serious swimming, no coffee maker in the room, no body lotion and the safe was too small for a laptop; no water in the fitness room.

Food was quite good, the outdoor pools and the underwater massage was great, the rooms were spacious and had lots of closet space. Lovely decor.

- Some of the things, like AC control, giant key that needs to be hanged on a hook in the room to turn on electricity, and funny buttons to control light, and a mysterious panel outside the door - are cool to look at, but could be updated to something more modern. I know there are rooms in this hotel with more modern designs, but when I found it out it was too late and they were all booked already - From what I understand one of the things on the panel outside the door, the little red light, was supposed to mean “do not disturb”. Unfortunately it was ignored, and everyday we received knocks on our door from an impatient lady, asking us when we’re going to leave, so she can clean. And on one occasion she just opened the door when we were in. I understand the importance of room service in a hotel with many stars, but I could have done without someone doing my bed everyday :) - The room was very clean where it was important (and I’ve never seen a mirror this clean), but the wall behind the sink needs a real good cleaning. Beautiful tiles deserve to be free of old water trails on it, and there was a lot. - I tried to find bunnies from the photos and a video of the hotel - but couldn’t. It’s not like they were promised somewhere, but that was a selling point for me :) - That’d be nice of there was a shoe horn in the room
