The flat is really nice, nicely furnished, with a well equipped kitchen, room had comfortable bed and spacious wardrobe. The bathroom was in perfect condition. Everything was super clean. The owner is calm and friendly. I can recommend!

Roberto and his lovely cat Grey made me feel at home with a warm welcome, friendly atmosphere and an excellent breakfast. My bedroom and the private bathroom were very comfortable and clean. I also liked the location in the town centre and I particularly loved the view from the balcony.

Breakfast included with several choices of packaged pastries, cookies and cereal and everything you need to make an espresso at your leisure. It was easy to find parking. Accommodating and gracious host, Roberto, gave us lots of tips for local sight seeing. Would return here for sure when we are back to Oristano.

It isn’t very close to the sea and it was difficult to understand when the bus was coming because Google maps was wrong and the owner also didn’t really know

I liked location in the center of Oristano close to historical sights, the beach of Torre Grande is not far away, just 10 min. by bus, Appartment cleanliness, large bathroom, comfortable bed, kitchen and breakfast. The host Roberto is a kind and calm person, can advise and explain whatever you need. The lovely cat had unfortunately to stay on the balcony because of my allergy, I am sorry. Anyway, for people with allergy to cat hair it could be a problem. All in all, I'd recommend the apartment for a few days.

A warm welcome and Roberto is a great host! Everything was very neat and clean, I got a lot of insider tips about the things to visit and also explained me about the Italian language and helped me to improve my pronunciation. Overall: I felt at home!

Travellers to take note that this a shared-living 3-bedroom apartment with the host in residence, and the other room rented out as well. We missed barbecue facilities during a 4-week stay, and the oven was out of order, so all cooking was stove top cooking. None of this is a problem, just good to know before you go.

Spacious room with a private bathroom in a secure building, although not en suite. Coffee shop and pastries right outside the front door. Central, sectional air-conditioning and superb wifi. Full use of the kitchen, and a basic Italian breakfast supplied. Great location for visiting the centre of Oristano, with amazing restaurants, gelaterias, pizzerias and shops within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Train station is an easy 15-minute walk away, as is the bus terminal. Roberto is a soft-spoken, gracious host, and Gray, the cat, a perfect silent partner and colleague during the work day 😊.

Everything was just great. Roberto was very kind, we became even good friends. Fantastic person. The appartement was central from Oristano. In 5 min walk you were in the city centre where everything could bei found. 15 min drive and you were already in the beach. The place was really great.

Highly recommended. The apartment is set in the center of the town. Huge and spacious, with private bathroom and well equipped kitchen at the disposal of the guests. Roberto is a lovely host, very kind, polite and helpful, also highly respectful of guests privacy. Cant skipp his cat - Grey was a wonderful accompanion of our stay! Miau miau :) all in all we had na amazing stay and wonderful experience

We really enjoyed staying at Robertos place. It’s a really personal kind of stay with good talks with the host. We also loved Grey, the cat. Everything is very clean, the kitchen very well equipped and the flat is situated close to the city center. We will come back whenever we are in Oristano.

The accomodation is a private flat. Roberto is the owner, who very friendly. We have a big room and private bathroom. The room was very big and very clean. The bed was also big and comfortable. In the bathroom there was a shower with toiletries. We used the kitchen as well. The flat has good location in the centre of Oristano. You can park with your car free if you find white parking place. We had no problem with the parking in december. The breakfast was jam, croissant and some sweet cookies, tea and coffee. The wifi was excelent. Roberto has a cat, called Grey. He was very cute.

It was not enough clear to me from the description, that this is a room in an apartment with a separate bathroom. The house is not soundproof, so I could hear the neighbors from the lower floor. A selection of only sweet stuff for breakfast.

Welcoming and respectful host, nice and clean apartment, quiet location close to the center with free parking available, a friendly cat living on the balcony.
