Fabulous room . Bed was so comfortable. The best bed in Sardinia. Location was perfect and lots of Parking around the apartment. Close to everything but very quietnoth. Sonia is really lovely and speaks good English. Easy check in.

The room was perfect, and I really enjoyed the warm welcome by Sonia and all her tips about what the good places are to visit in Alghero. I was very happy with the kettle in the room so I could make tea whenever I wanted.

The free parking is a public parking along the street, you may need some time to find a free place, but it's doable.

We've got a room upgrade free of charge. This was a nice and spacious room with a balcony and big windows. Air conditioner worked well. The bed was comfortable. Everything was good.

I requested a balcony. I was informed the day before arriving that the triple rooms were the only rooms with balconies. There are only 2 of them. I booked the room 3 months before hand and they had been booked already. I should have been told that immediately. I would have found somewhere with a balcony. The TV only has Italian channels on it and mine did not work for the first 4 days I was there. I was there for 6 nights.

Staff are very nice. The place is spotlessly clean. Coffee and tea free of charge which is a nice touch. A lovely little play area for children. There is a public bus to Maria Pia beach only one street away for 1.30 euro. The most beautiful beach. Google the bus.

If you are coming with a car, prepare to have difficulty parking. This is obviously not the fault of the property, as they are not even promising that, but free public parking is never available so prepare to pay for parking if you are coming with a rental car like we did.

The accomodation is really comfortable with everything you might need for short stay (in our case 5 days), and we particularily loved the thoughtful touches like free coffee for guests, possibilty to borrow umbrellas and mats, and even sunscreen. The hosts are lovely and invest efforts to make your stay the best possible including reccommendations where to go,eat etc.

Street parking can be tricky, depending on the season so plan accordingly . Hosts are very helpful with suggestions for parking.

Air conditioning was minimal so room was hot at night. Noise was loud as apartment walls were very thin and a lot of traffic ie: glass bin collection.

Excellent location, central to all prime locations around. Short walk to supermarket for essentials. Room was very spacious. We had three in our group so it was ideal everyone had their own space! I’m sorry

Everything was great 😃 It's very clean, huge bathroom, nice balcony and just a few minutes walk to the center of the town but still very quiet at night. Sonia is very friendly and helpful and gave us very good tips what to visit. We loved Grotte di Nettuno 😍 Thanks for everything Sonia. Hopefully we can visit Alghero soon again.

Everything was perfect

This family owned bed and breakfast is located in Alghero city center about 5-6 minutes away walking to the old city and to the lungomare (sea promenade). The pictures describe exactly the real place. Sonia was very kind, eager and flexible with the check-in time and check-out trying to do her best in order to greet you at your very best convinience and hand you the keys to the place. She helped out with every question I had and tip some places to eat or to go. Also she speaks perfect and fluent Spanish (I know it's not a big deal since Spanish, Italian and Catalan are so very close languages that could be understood each other without speaking the same language). The place itself is spotless clean, it's been taken care of and very ample for European standards with plenty of space in the room and bathroom. In fact, you can fit two standard rooms with their bathrooms in this very same space. The bed was ok nor the best or the worst I slept in. It did its job! The bathroom has an ample shower and a bidet. Toiletries and towels are provided. There's a TV and a water boiler in the room. In the common area there's also a coffee machine (Dolce Gusto - capsules are on the house) and a microwave. Close by the apartment across the street, there's a big and convinient Coop supermarket and in the very same apartment's sidewalk, just steps away, there's a very good bakery Ogiano Carmelo. If you walk two extra minutes to Via XX Settembre you will find Tarragona cafeteria with tasty pastries and so on.

We struggled to find a parking spot near the accommodation, but it's a really crowded area. Nonetheless, no fault for these guys, they were the best.

The reception was excellent. Both the room and bathroom were bigger than expected. There was a minifridge in the room. Big Coop right across the street. Only a 15-20 minute walk to the city center.

Everything was perfect, the location, the accommodation and the staff also. Last day we could left our luggage there and took them away later. And the breakfast and coffee was a very nice surprise.

Everything went extremely well - since the first contact with the Actinia staff you can tell that they will go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Our main concern of having our 1yo daughter sleeping with us was quickly fixed by the team offering us a baby cot. Also, when we arrived, they explained to us pretty much everything about the city and all the beaches around it and how to get there easily. I cannot recommend this place enough - it will give any big brand hotels a good fight.

Clean and comfortable room in a nice neighbourhood (free parking available up and down the road) with a great balcony! Staff were super friendly and considered. The owner is a true hostess and has an eye for the little details (Bathroom amenities kit + booklet with restaurant recommendations) that make you feel taken care off during your stay.
