The bed was adequate but not super comfy like a luxury hotel. The Air conditioner rattled in the middle of the night randomly, but it seemed to go away.

The location is unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Prati, it's within walking distance of some of Rome's most iconic landmarks, including the Vatican, St. Peter's Basilica, and Castel Sant'Angelo. We found ourselves strolling through picturesque streets, discovering cozy cafes, and enjoying the local atmosphere at every turn. Ada Rooms offers clean, cozy, and well-maintained accommodations, providing a comfortable escape from the lively streets of Rome. While the beds were adequate and the amenities sufficient, we did experience occasional rattling from the air conditioner, which the owner promptly addressed by offering an alternative room nearby. However, we opted to stay put as we were already comfortably settled and didn't want the hassle of moving.

The room is very basic, not sure if the price is corresponding. The air conditioning is very old (you can smell the dust coming out of it). Also bathroom toiletries are very basic and sometimes not sufficient enough. All equipment which should normally already be in the room (like hair dryer) are available on request.

Location was great, very close to Vaticano and situated in the nice shopping street. Bed is also comfortable and the host is nice.

Dont know where to start: 1. First management: they said if room will be available they let us chec-in early, room was available but they had no time to clean it so let us jus leave luggages (that is OK), but when we came back at the time they must provide us clean room to settle - no one was there, room was dirty, we called to owner he said "sorry we very busy, we have more apartments, but I will sand someone soon". After 30 min of waiting still no one came, I called to booking support and even they could not contact to owner any more as I when I tried once more. Finally guy shows up... he "cleaned" if we can say that. But due this situation, without knowing and having now answers I hade bad day, late check in (check is should be at least 11:30 but it was 12:20), siting in the dirty room without knowing what the f... going on and more than that i spend over 180eu on calls with support of Booking who could not give me an answers as well what is going on. 2.Cleanliness: if they thing it is clean, then sorry for them. For this room need so-called DEEP CLEAN, all corners, all sides, all blind spots was dirty, in bathroom bad smell. In bathroom twice we saw bugs who looked similar to cockroach (but it was not cockroach 100%, but it looked very similar just dont know how they are called). 3.Bed: for all my life first time i saw such a method to make a bed, the cobbler was not covered, but it was simply covered with two covers from above and below. If the blanket kicks off while sleeping, then theoretically you are sleeping in a weightless bed, just like all the other guests. IS IT SO EXPENSIVE TO BUY NORMAL COBBLER FULL COVER???? 4.Maintenance: for this room need good maintenance, lots of spots to fix, just buy glue to fix the cabinets with loose coverings near the bed. Change shower had. Fix bidet as it is not stable. Change a kettle as it is broken. 5. Hot water: hot water was very not stable two mornings I hade to take a shower with cold water.

We liked just location, it was really good location everywhere we could travel on foot, very comfortable location traveling from airport with shuttle bus, bust stop (pick up and drop off) very close to this locations. In this locations are couple grocery stores. Location good.

Photos are NOTHING like the website. Do not stay here. I couldn’t get into the building through the buzzer, I had to wait for someone else to go and and follow them. Rang booking.com to explain about the false advertising, next minute I hear a thud knocking at the door. As I solo single female traveller this man(manager) was very intimidating and was awful. I had paid £95 to stay there and spent the total of 30 minutes there and never got a refund. Cracked walls, mouldy sides, unclean desk. Water not running. Door was no secure or safe. Do not stay here.

Awful property, I never even stayed there in the end. Unsafe, dirty and horrible manager. I never got a penny refunded to me.

The location is amazing for me (10 min-ish walk from the vatican) and check-in was seamless (they gave me an online link that opens doors). The staff were really friendly and the place was very clean. Bed was perfectly comfy and the room service was a nice touch. For the price, I found it to be an excellent value. Ada Rooms will be among my top choices for when I eventually come back to Rome.

There was a small problem with the hot water in the bathroom, we had to wait few minutes each time . But it didn't affect our positive opinion about everything in general.

The location is perfect, in a beautiful street, close to the Vatican and just a few minutes from Piazza del Popolo. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable and equipped with everything you need. WiFi is excellent. Alberto and Henry were very kind and cooperative. We would definitely come again.

Did not know we were on a floor with other people outside locked doors sharing common area. Online shows all rooms and does not represent a single room choice. A/C Unit was not cool and was loud to the point that it kept us up the first night, but they did get it quieter after looking at the next day. The ac unit did not put out a lot of cool air so was not a comfortable feeling. Remote to wall unit had no directions had to google to do our best. The bathroom also had a leak somewhere in the wall and water leaked along floor base board after each shower. Need to update issues and put in nicer mattresses and add hooks in bathrooms. And be up front with dorm room atmosphere online so people know what to except.

I love the location, very safe, upper class neighbor with a variety of restaurants and shops close by. The streets are well lit at night. Even though it’s a big building, you don’t hear the neighbors. The host is very friendly and helpful, always available on WhatsApp and gave us some recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. Internet worked well and we were able to watch some tv channels in English ( there is a button on the remote control to change the language). The underground train ( metro A ) is a few blocks away away, which connects you with other parts of town. We took the SIT bus from the airport and stopped at the Vatican City stop, which leaves you 4 blocks from the property, very convenient.

The room was dirty, the bathroom didn't look as if it had been cleaned. The bed was also uncomfortable.

The location is fabulous for visiting Vatican City. The view that the rooms have are amazing, overlooking the street. Also, this room gets very quiet and dark, perfect for sleeping!
