The shower was tiny and a bit run down.Thanx to the poor lights it was quite dark in there.

The hotel is very well located,everything is within walking distance.We arrived a bit late,but they sent me clear instructions how to get into the hotel once the reception was closed.The staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Bathroom without proper ventilation, no toilet roll holder, mould, shower going cold and hot without reason. No towel heater. No safe. Not enough cups for all guests nor tea bags. Lighting was poor (no lights in luggage area).

The annexe rooms are in an adjacent old building. The hotel's section was fine, but the common areas a bit old and worn. Rooms clean and functional but slightly soft beds.

The hotel has left a generally good impression, but there are some things that may strike some people as shortcomings, so I will write them down. There is a tram which is quite loud outside the windows on the side of the street. Poor insulation in the rooms, so you might hear the neighbours' bathroom noises. There is very few electricity sockets in the rooms. The staff is very different from the staff: some of them are helpful, they understand half a sentence, others overcook their scrambled eggs, they speak poor English. The breakfast menu will remain unchanged, with no vegetables and only a few fruits. However, this did not bother me personally, as I was choosing a hotel based on location and price. And the location is absolutely perfect.

The location of this hotel is excellent: right next to the central station, where, in addition to logistics, there is a large grocery and other shops. 24-hour pharmacy nearby the hotel. Turin's central square and main attractions can be reached in 10-30 minutes on foot. If you need public transport, all stops are nearby. I am a discerning traveller, I need a good location, a comfortable bed and a clean room, and here in Adalesia I have found that.

The room and bathroom was a bit small. There was barely room in the shower to move and you could hear the neighbours as well. You can also hear street noises if you open the windows. The indications to get to the hotel were also a bit complicated. It would be better if the serivce was 24hs so that there is someone at the reception when you arrive at night.

The location is great, close to everything we needed and the breakfast was really good as well with lots of variety! Also the parking slot was perfect! The room itself was ok and included everything that was needed. It's very useful aa a pass-through hotel when you need to stay there a few days. We mainly chose this hotel because of the private parking so it was ok.

The bed sheet had a dark spot on it! I got back home late and it was hard to find the reception. The shower was super small, and the door wasn’t closing properly. The staff were well behaved but had very limited English skills! The rooms are in an other building than where the reception was!

The location, it’s close to public transport. I asked for two single beds and they managed to give us one. The room was silent to sleep. Curtains was dark enough to block the lights.

Breakfast choice was very limited, no vegetables at all and there were some fruit (apples, pears and oranges), but oranges were totally rotten, so we didn't touch the fruit either. The saddest thing is the rooms. They are very basic, but it is not a problem. We stayed in a twin room with windows facing the yard. The noise from some machines outside was 24/7 when you open the window. The bathroom is old, some wood around the doors was rotten and there was mould on the ceiling and it smelt like mould there also. There were no hooks for towels and absolutely nowhere to put your cosmetics.

The location was truly perfect. They cleaned the room and changed towels every day.

Room was very loud: at 5.30 am the first tram drove past the hotel and made a lot of noise. WIFI was weak and we could use it only in our room.
