Very friendly hosts , the accommodation was super clean and comfortable . Great facilities in the room and communal area . Breakfast treats were really nice . The resturant downstairs was top class and can't wait to visit again .

Breakfast tray is nice but lacks of any real food (only sweets). Some bread and cheese would be nice and also some wine glasses to use also.

Really stylish hotel with automated check in. We did not meet anyone from the stuff thanks to mobile keys. All was perfect.

Toiletries were not there, had to use hand soap to shower. Also bed was not comfortable

The only downside is that everything from the breakfast tray is sweet.

Very clean and cozy. The room was very pretty and on my liking. It was close to the train station (15-20 mins of slow walking) and the old town. They also have a coffee machine and water dispenser in the breakfast room that you may use free of charge.

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable.

The room was nice with a big terrace. Spacious bathroom. The breakfast was various but it was all sweets. Something salty would be really nice. Good coffee and fresh water at discretion.

I appreciated the location, close to the center of Citta Bassa, and most of it- the self check-in system that allowed me to arrive later than the scheduled check in. Very nice room and an excellent price for Bergamo.

TV couldn’t connect to the internet but it didn’t really matter to me. Restaurant next door may be noisy for those who prefer quiet nights.

The location is nice and pretty. Staff were very friendly, room was clean, tidy and looked nice. Just an overall very comfortable stay.

Power-outlets were kind of difficult to use, hairdryer has larger plugs and it hardly fit in one. A shower shelf can be put for shampoos and stuff in the cabin.

All the sweets that staff was brining everyday, the central heating and the hot water, which made out stay very cosy, are the main things we liked. Also we had nice terrace with a table and chairs, maybe during summer it will be nice sitting outside. Location is 10 over 10, very close to everything needed - it’s not far from the city centre (10 mins walk), but also it’s closer to Citta Alta being located in the East, than the West side of the city; fruits and vegetables and bakery next to the hotel; there’s a restaurant downstairs and also very close there’s Aldi supermarket, pizza restaurant and other traditional Italian restaurants. Also there’s a pharmacy very close. Overall we fell inlove with the neighbourhood and Bergamo at all.

The exterior and interior design, the arrangement of the rooms in a typical Italian style as well as the box with breakfast. Opening doors with a phone via an app, without keys or cards, beautifully thought out.
