Fantastic location. Right in Downtown. Parking in the nearby garage was a bit expensive, but very convenient. We didn't need the car during our entire stay. We may have been able to find a free parking spot outside the car-free old city but decided not to bother. Steep stairs to the first floor, but the owner gave us a very welcomed hand. The veranda on the top floor was great for wine and apps at the end of the day. Check the restaurants as some of them have a cover charge of 4 euros per person even at lunch. Enjoyed our stay.

The room with the balcony is just perfect. Light and airy with a big comfy bed, plenty of storage space and immaculate bathroom. The position in the old town is great overlooking the square and one of the main pedestrian thoroughfares of the town. It is only minutes from the routes into the Sassi area and many restaurants and cafes. The roof terrace is a wonderful place to sit. The property is run from the Gelataria below and they are very helpful if you need anything. Parking is a little tricky as there is no parking near the property but its ok once you've worked it out.

Very nice place to stay right in the heart of Lecce. Lovely corner building, modern town to the left, old and sassi area ahead and to the right, perfectly located. Room largish, simple, tasteful, minimalist but stylish. Very clean, very good wide bed. Lovely person servicing the room with a genuine interest in making sure you are comfortable and have all you need. Nice inviting communal terrace on top floor with good view of the centre, as good as any terrace in town sat there on last night, relaxing. Helpful with baggage and printing documents I needed. Relatable and professional. So glad I went there, great value for money too, looked forward to going back in the eve after a solid day touristing!

As expected there is some city noise. Windows did block most of that noise when closed. The airco was dripping some condens water when running too long. The room didn't have a view, but you anyway stay most of the time in the town.

There is free parking not so far from the accommodation ( behind the park). The appartement is in a very nice location. Staff was friendly. They run the ice cream shop under the app making check in and out very easy. They also have a common balcony on the top floor.

I booked a single room as I did not know the travel plans for my partner. She managed to arrive for both nights stay and I was charged for the additional nights. The extra charge seemed expensive at 57 Euro per night for a person sharing the same room where no other services are offered. i.e. no extra breakfast, same linen, etc. In terms of value for money I believe it was expensive for what was offered.
