The outdoor jacuzzi wasn't heated, so it was too cold to use. Breakfast choice was slightly limited.

Good location, nice views from the room and balcony, comfortable room and helpful staff. The restaurant serves delicious dinners and worth a visit.

as outside temperature was 34°C, the floor cooling is not really sufficient, we have in the room 28-29°C and due to the moskitos we keep the window closed.

The daily cleaning was a little annoying sometimes. Especially when it rained all day and we stayed in the room. They were also very persistent in moving our bed to its original spot - we had it moved by 15 cm to make it easier to open the terrace door.

The location is awesome. There were always several empty parking spaces. The pool is relatively small but sufficient and open 24/7!

Very nice apartment style hotel above Garda with exceptional lake and mountains views. There is everthing you need for perfect holiday including delicious breakfast at the terrace.

It was so great, I truly miss it now

Our stay was amazing, from beginning to end. We arrived a little early, so we had to wait for an hour until the room was ready. Not a problem on their lovely terrace overlooking Garda lake. There was a private parking spot right in front of the suite, which was a huge plus. The suite was very spacious with a spectacular view over the lake and mountains, double entrance to the huge balcony from the living room and bedroom. The terrace and swimming pool were lovely in the afternoon, especially with that lovely view. Eating in their restaurant is a must and their own wines taste great, we brought a couple home. We want to give our special thanks to Luca, he was such a kind and warm hearted person. I could write a couple of pages about our stay here, but the word "perfect" sums it up quite well. We booked 3 extra nights because we did not want to leave. Tip: also look for some authentic, less touristic restaurants up in the mountains like Agritur Calvola!

Beautiful view. New, clean, excellent facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good restaurant and food. Quiet and away from the tourist traffic. At the same time, it is conveniently near to Riva del Garda and the Garda Lake.

I got bitten by mites, I told the receptionist but he didn't really care about my situation and I had to go to see a doctor, take medicines and when I get back home I had to clean all my luggage and desinfect everything. That costed me a lot of money at the end and it wasn't my fault. So I'm really disappointed with this situation. And when I asked to cool down the bedroom because it was 27 degrees inside, I was told I have to wait 2 hours because the cool come from the floor and it never happened. In the morning it was still 26.7 degrees... And I asked for 2 more pillows they could give us only one... And it was the one full of mites... Perfect! 😩🙌🏼

The view from the room and the swimming pool is beautiful. The breakfast is full of variety.

The bathroom was dated. The pool was out of action for a remodel, why do they never tell you this during booking stage? it’s often a main reason I would choose a hotel so quite disappointing, especially when it’s 30 degrees outside.

Great view over the valley and lake, huge sun terrace. a lovely bottle of complementary premium balsamic glaze upon leaving, which is made on site.

The fuse box makes a lot of noise and only way to stop it is to remove the key card resulting in no electricity

the air conditioning in our room switched off in the evening and wasn’t available in the night. this happened every evening and me, my husband and baby were very uncomfortable and struggled sleeping. unsure why this was the case. it was 26 degrees in the room at night so definitely something that needs looking at. we were charged for our pool towels which we thought was a bit much and should have been included in the overall price of the accomodation. we expected somewhere so lovely to have that included. we were also charged €10 per night for a baby cot which again we thought was a lot vs other accomodation we stayed at during the trip. it would have been nice to have had the option to purchase drinks during the day not just over meal times when the restaurant was open.

location was excellent the views were incredible. the communal balcony and pool area was lovely and it was very convenient for us with our baby. the restaurant was lovely. nice for all the rooms to have a private balcony/garden area too.

We pay for view, but we are looking to staircase. Smell and noise from kitchen. The clima in floor was not good, the floor was wet all the time. Broken doors on balcony. For dinner we want some nice table, all tables are empty, but we were sitting next to the kitchen... We are waiting 15 minutes for bill... We had feeling like we are trash, absolute disinterest.
