bathroom was very small and odorous. steep climb from the town to the property. breakfast was fairly limited but adequate.

The location above the town of Monteroso al Mare lemon was excellent. Beautiful surroundings and fragrant air from the mini lemon trees.

Rustic would be the description for the room we received which was not as described via the ad on bookings, which described an extra bed (only one). Of the kitchen appliance we besides refrigerator the one thing we would want is a coffee pot, but not not supplied and first morning when got to breakfast they were already out of coffee…even though we got there at starting time.

Beautiful property and location. Away from the noise of the town. Employees were friendly but there was some failure to communicate as we are not fluent in Italian.

If there was any downside it would be the steep walk back up to the property from Monterosso. I am 75 and managed it ok but it was a bit of a workout

We stayed in the studio cottage above the restaurant and the wifi was non-existent up there. We had to sit down by the office to connect to wifi. We did not realize September and October are fly season! They are relentless all day but disappear between sunset and sunrise, so eating dinner on the terrace is not a problem. The 5 minute walk down a steep path into town and back is doable but a taxi is needed when arriving to bring luggage up from the station. We needed a couple of things fixed in the cottage and staff were quick to try and resolve them.

Good opportunity to see a working wine/olive/fruit estate. Very pretty setting

Beautiful surroundings. Rooms are dated and no coffee /tea making facilities. Breakfast simple but tasty. Meals & wine delicious. Location was great for us but I wouldn't recommend to anyone who has limited mobility as up a steep hill.

We did enjoy our stay. However, the toilet in our apartment seemed to struggle, and many ants got into pastries left on the counter as well as while prepping food.

The only thing was the bathroom was small and tired and could do with updating.

On arrival by car, after following Meri's clear pre-sent instructions, we parked in an allocated space just off a road above the property and straight away were picked up with our luggage and taken down to Buranco. Our accommodation was located a very short stroll from the main building, on the ground floor, with outside seating area. Lovely and clean, with a comfy bed, well equipped kitchenette, table and chairs, wardrobe and air-con. We were aware the Wi-Fi did not reach the rooms, however it was perfectly fine in the outer communal/eating areas, so no problem whatsoever. Breakfast is buffet style; a fabulous variety of fresh fruit, sweet and savoury items (including different freshly cooked egg dishes on both days) set up in the indoor/outdoor area. We opted to eat dinner on the terrace both nights. Although quite pricey, it was 100% well worth it - excellent food and service, with a fabulous view over the vines, olive and lemon groves, beehives and garden. I know it is quite a steep, but short walk down, but it's hard to believe just how close you are to Monterosso itself! Everyone were informative when we asked about their own produce etc...we purchased their oil and limoncello. Overall, a wonderful family-run agriturismo, with friendly, helpful staff.

The walk up the hill from town was steep, but it wasn’t that much of a problem for us. The interiors were basic, but it was fine for us.

The property is gorgeous and a nice reprieve from all of the tourists in the center of town. It was only a 5 minute walk from town. It was the perfect location for our family. The staff was super friendly and brought us from the car park with our luggage directly to our door.

This property is a long walk up a HUGE, STEEP HILL. This was extremely difficult with suitcases, children and an elderly mother. The rooms were only average. Not worth the price.

The room is basic and a bit dated, but clean. If you are looking for more luxury, this is not it. But if you just need a clean room, then it's not an issue.

Location is beautiful. It is a very long hike up hill so you must be fit to stay there. Having said that, the surrounding os gorgeous among the lemon and olive trees.

The mattress was extremely firm. The walk from town to the property was steep, but short, so a minor issue for us. Not for those with mobility issues, though.

The property was gorgeous, the staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was very good too, especially the homemade pastry, which was different each day. We also ate dinner here one night, and it was one of the best meals we had in Italy, even better than one of the Michelin starred restaurants. Plus, there is an adorable oversized puppy. Keep in mind that this is an agriturismo, a working farm, not a modern urban hotel. It was everything we expected and more but may not be for everyone. We wished we had stayed longer in this little corner of paradise.

the air & fans in the rooms did not work . we opened the windows ,which was fine for the beautiful May weather, except there was no way to secure the shutters. the shutters banged against the building off and on all night and the wind kept slamming the doors shut so there was no cross breeze . it woke us up several times but can be easily repaired. Mattresses might need replacing soon.

we loved just about everything! the view, our warm welcome, the assistance arranging transportation from the train, helpful suggestions from our wonderful hostess, delicious breakfast, and a fabulous dinner which were all amazing. We felt like we had walked into a movie lol. the walk to the town, train ,and beach was about 5 minutes if we hadn’t been so distracted by all the shoppes, food , and the beauty of the walk. We hope to visit again and have already recommended it to several people.

Our accommodation was desperately in need of an upgrade! Cracks in the walls, an old bathroom, a tiny fridge. The room and bathroom were not very clean.

Loved the staff, very friendly and they couldn’t do enough for us. The location was beautiful , gardens and flowers. Breakfast was nice.
