The service and the care of the owner is amazing, real agriturismo experience, lots of wonderful breakfast sweet and savoury options! I feel like I am back in time and we honestly enjoy this place very much. Great drive to Cascate del mulino in saturnia as well

Nothing! Just to say bring bug repellent as there are sometimes mosquitos and horseflies and also the plugs in our room were the small two pins so maybe bring an adapter!

The setting of this place was fantastic, really close to the town but also in the middle of nature and a great place to explore the south of Tuscany. Susanna was so lovely and welcoming and her breakfast was delicious (home made and soo many options!). We loved it!

Very friendly welcome by Susannah, despite the language barrier we had no problem. The location, tranquillity, the room, the breakfast at the terrace. We had a nice chat with fellow travellers at poolside, enjoying a cup of tea. Susannah came around with fresh fruit which we enjoyed very much. Grazie mille.

Loved our apartment - lovely large comfortable bed, fridge with water, soda, crisps and tea/coffee facilities plus fabulous clean bathroom with amazing shower and a generous walk in wardrobe - own outside area. Lovely pool and outside breakfast area - loved our breakfast too. Parking easy. We would have loved to have stayed longer to truly appreciate our surroundings

Very friendly host who made us feel at home great pool when it was 39c. Very large comfortable room. Breakfast was the best we have had in Italy so far. Would stay again 100%. Would highly recommend staying as it's was top notch

Just to say something, the glass of the doors are not fully covered so you might have the impression that somebody will see you once you are inside.

It's located just few minutes from the village, in a very quiet area. Everything in the breakfast is home made. You have a little table outside your room, quite convenient to just chill and relax. We happened to order the apero (aperitif) that they propose. Super good food quality with wine and just for 10 €! They also propose a second round if you are still hungry or thirsty. Apart from that, super friendly couple.

Road to the property is narrow but the traffic is very limited so we didn't have any problems.

Very nice property, lovely pool with a great view. Nicely decorated apartment, spacious bathroom and terrase. Breakfast was delicious, they even had little sandwiches and fruit not only cakes and croissants.

Nothing. Except maybe instructions on how to work the shower (I had a loud man’s voice talking at me. Think it was the radio inside the shower)

We had a lovely spacious room here with a good bathroom with a shower that looked like a spaceship (couldn’t quite work out how to use it). The house has panoramic views towards Manciano and a lovely pool. Shame it was too cold for a swim yet. My son loved tge family dog and kittens. Susanna was very welcoming. For breakfast there was beautiful bread and homemade cakes and a freshly made coffee. I was just sad I didn’t speak Italian and that I couldn’t try it all.

Susanna's place was exactly was we were looking for: a true farm with lots of beautiful animals, plenty of friendly cats that wanted nothing but pets and Birillo the dog, who was gave us the warmest welcome at the gate. There's a lot of space outside where to sit and enjoy the gorgeous view of the Maremma's hills. The room was spacious and comfortable, very warm too. The bathroom too was very big, with everything we needed in it. The breakfast was simply amazing, home cooked and rich, not to mention delicious. On site you can buy their olive oil, or olive wood handmade products. I wish we could've stayed longer!

The room floors could use a few rugs to help with the coldness in December. I know it can be difficult to keep those beautiful tile and marble floors warm then.

Susana always has a smile, she is very welcoming and attentive to your needs. Wonderful Tuscan setting with multiple nooks to relax and enjoy the views.

the only thing really is that the room’s doors are partially see-through and there’s only a thin curtain to maintain one’s privacy. But other than that, excellent stay!

awesome breakfast with homemade and local products. Even the toiletteries provided in the bathroom were locally crafted and my partner has thoroughly enjoyed them. Lovely and helpful host, and on the plus side, many cats laying around!

The bed was too soft, but for a short stay it was not a big issue.

Breakfast was amazing! Susanna cooked a big part of it and everything was delicious. Beautiful view and quiet place. Room was very clean, spacious, fully renovated and had a good shower. We were traveling through Tuscany and only stayed there for one night, but it was a good place to visit Saturnia Thermal Baths early in the morning.

We stayed in the room Violetta which is right next to the main eating area. Maybe a bit more privacy with curtains over the main door would be welcome but it did not affect us much. Still very comfortable.

Amazing place with a lot of care for guests. Susana answered all our questions, made incredible breakfast and did her best to meet our requests - even prepared a fabulous cheese and ham tasting outside of the normal working times when we did not want to travel for dinner.
