Bed was lumpy, extra blanket would be handy. You have to dispose of your own rubbish (leaflet on table to show where to go) You can hear conversations from apartment next door so maybe bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. It didn't bother us but might others.

Great location. Gentleman on reception was very helpful when we phoned as we could not access the apartment. He had it sorted in 5 minutes. 2 bottles of water ,tea, coffee were available to us in the kitchen. Spotless clean. Grocery shop is literally in the square accross the bridge directly in front of the entrance,take the first right and continue walking until the end.

There was no view, the bed wasn’t the best. Someone came in the morning around 9am at our last day and knocked on the door and then tried to open them by using the reader next to the doors. However, they couldn’t get in as we locked the doors from the inside (thankfully). Before we got to the door there was no one outside. Very uncomfortable situation as it was 1,5 hour before check out time, we could only assume that it was a cleaner. Very disappointed about this.

Excellent place, highly recommended. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, it was extremely clean, the key was collected via an app and the location was very good. Also we met the personnel of the hotel to leave our suit cases and they have been extremely friendly and professional

Beautiful rooms with the most comfortable beds, soft towels and wonderful attention to detail. An easy walk to Piazza De San Marco with bedroom views of the canal. It was the most perfect stay in Venice.

There should be carpets on the floor, as they are a little cold. Furniture would need some renewal. Would be good to have also dressing gowns.

The property was at a great location. It was a perfect size for me and my sister, it was lovely and warm too! We would definitely stay here again! The staff were so lovely aswell! (At the nearby hotel which is in control of the apartment)

The first foor bathroom has two sinks and hair dryer but only a sofa bed. The second floor bathroom is a single sink with no hair dryer but a lovely bed. It would seem that the nice bed should be in the bedroom on the first floor and use the upstairs as the family room or extra guest bedroom.

This property is maintained by Hotel Ai di Cavalieri which is apparently highly regarded in Venice. The folks at Cavalieri were extremely competent. Cavalieri is only a five-minute walk from the property and their expertise made luggage manuevering go quite smoothly. No land taxis here. Water taxis are expensive but VERY convenient.

The bed was too soft for our liking, especially after a long day of walking. We were unable to change the aircon and it got pretty hot at night.

We stayed at apartment number 3, which has its own entrance on a quiet side street. The apartment was very spacious and clean with excellent amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. The furnishings were very nice as well. It is located a few minutes walk from restaurants and shops and 10min walk to San Marco square

Some things in the apartment need to be fixed, like a shower or table. There was one moment - booking can’t charge you city tax. And you need to send bank card number and expiry date to the hotel. After this they are charged you city tax even without cvv code. For me all this process was a discomfort.

The apartment is excellent! Getting there by boat from the airport is incredibly convenient, and after checking out, you can store your luggage at another hotel just 10 minutes away.
