Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A little hard bed for my taste. Sound insulation between rooms not the best.

The owners are amazing! It can be seen that they do what they love :). The breakfast was the best one I have ever had in the accommodation. I could be there for breakfast every day. As a plus there was wonderful lake view. Definitely I will come back :).

We had an amazing stay in Al Pescatore hotel. The family is friendly and always helpful. Location is perfect just few steps from the lake and the promenade - ideal for walks and running. Rooms are always clean and tidy. Thank your for everything and we hope to come back again:)

A lovely and cosy hotel, with Lake Garda just around the corner. The staff were amazing and really helpful. A good breakfast - always a plus! Highly recommend!

Its an older hotel. Rooms are quite small and beds way too soft which made it not very comfy to sleep in. In the summer the room was very hot, the fan was useless. A/C needed. Also no fridge in the room.
Very, Very, Very good breakfast for a small family hotel. Very good location - beach, restaurants, bar, ferry pier, shop (SPAR) within 1min walk. Very kind and helpfull staff.

Unfortunately, the hotel didn't have air conditioning so sleeping at night was a bit uncomfortable when it was so hot.
Great location away from the busier tourist spots but still only a short walk to the lake and restaurants. Staff were lovely and happy to recommend places to visit as well as offer advice on how to stay cool in the exceptional heat. The whole hotel was very clean and there was a great choice of food at breakfast.

Met our expectations. No complaints.
Very warm greeting. Excellent recomendations for local restaurants. The breakfast had very good choices and was excellent. Our experience could not have been better. Enjoyed staff interaction.

Lovely family hotel with great atitude and kind family staff!Just a few meters far from the beach with private free parking and nice view from the room. Every day tasty fresh breakfast, clean room, great position right near the lake, bus stop and the port for the ship which takes you different places you wish.Near the hotel are many great restaurants, bars with local fisherman and trupeters:) and shops around. This place was more then we could wish for!Thank you very much and hope to see you all again soon. Dana and Roman!

It happened only one time that I would like to go to bed earlier since I had to get up at 6 oclock in the morning but a neighbor was watching TV, it was a bit loud. Sound insulation was not that perfect but OK. Just care for your neighbours when you live here :)
good location and very friendly staff in this small family hotel. Ideal for kitesurfer, there are several good kite schools around.
