Quirky old building with beautiful period features + some mod cons. Helpful staff. Right in the centre of the historic area. Walkable to and from station and within walking distance to most of the historic sites.

Dont try to park locally. Best to take their advice and pay a bit more and park nearby at the safe parking lot. The staff at the lot were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK without being outstanding.....small things. We would stay again happily.

Cant beat the location. Lovely small boutique hotel that had lots of charm. The bar downstairs is lovely for afternoon drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful. Communication was good. Room was extra large and beautiful.. Ravenna is a lovely place to stay.

2nd visit, very short just 2 nights but felt very at home and settled. Freindly helpful staff. Great bar and restaurent. Fantastic meal. Great location. We shall be back.

Road works outside were noisy but not the fault of of the hotel.

Beautifully modernised palazzo in central location. Spacious and well-equipped comfortable room and bathroom, traditionally furnished. All major sights and railway station within comfortable walking distance. Breakfast prepared on individual basis. All staff very welcoming and helpful. The hotel bar/ restaurant offered excellent food and wine. Overall very good value.

Cannot think of anything. Stay exceeded our expectations. Would have liked to stay an additional night.

Easy walking distance from the train and to all of the sights. Outstanding breakfast. Courteous and helpful staff. They called a taxi for us to take to Classe and provided us with a bus schedule so we could take the bus back.

This is beautiful hitel built in the 14 hundreds. The hotel is close to everthing, has air conditioning, bar and wonderful dinner and breakfast. We will definitely stay here again. Rooms were very large.

Pretty noisy until well into the small hours on our second night there (we were in room 106 which is quite near the front, which is noisy). Very hot and a bit stuffy (it's an old building not suited to air con)

Very handily placed for walking around and seeing all the major sites. Amazing frescoes within the hotel itself and great staff who were very helpful. Didn't dine there but were told that the food was very good. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Able to drive right up to the hotel and unload bags although very stressful as you are driving through crowds of pedestrians and wondering if you are allowed to go where your directions tell you to go!

Only a small thing, but the lounge area in the room we stayed in needed at least one power-point to boil the kettle.

It’s a lovely hotel located in the centre of the town in a palace built in the 1400s, retaining some of its original frescoes and an old world charm. There are only 7 rooms in the hotel and each has its own unique theme, with other common rooms to enjoy and explore. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including the wonderful and very knowledgeable wait staff who work in the associated restaurant, which we rated very highly. We ate there both nights on which we stayed. I would recommend this place highly.

Perfect location! Right in the center of beautiful Ravenna and across from Mercato Coperto. Beautiful building and stunning rooms. Gorgeous furnishings and frescoes on the ceiling. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer than one night, and I plan on staying here again when I come back to Ravenna.
