We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

HungaryThe staff is very kind, helpful. They helped us before our arriving where to buy our bus tickets from barcelona, where to hire good bikes, and recommended great italian kitchen. The breakfasts, what we had in front of the hotel, was continental breakfast, we can find whatever we wanted, fresh fruits, warm baggets, sweets, yoghurts. Fresh italian mokka!!! Juices. The room was large enough with a really comfortable, and huge double bed. Our room also had its bathroom, with shower, toilet and bidé; cleaned every day. Thanks for being our host in Riva, We hope we come back one day!

NetherlandsThe parking spot is about 5-8 mins walking, which is a bit annoying, but there is not really a way to go in the historic part of city center by car.
I really liked the location and the fact that there is a safe parking arrangement. The breakfast was decent and stuff was very accommodating and friendly. Spoke good English. Our room was very clean.

Fantastic location in the center of old town Riva del Garda. Walk to the lake and lots of restaurants. Best gelateria across the street (Eta Beta). Andrea (owner/mgr?) is helpful and friendly. Helped us drive into city and then find parking. Parking is a little walk away, not far tho. Amazing breakfast! All you could want and more! Rooms are small and basic but clean and comfortable.
