The elevator was a little sketchy, but worked just fine.

Close to the train station, great selection for breakfast. Bed was large and comfortable, bathroom was adequate. Perfect for our needs.

Before arriving I was messaged 3 separate times about my arrival time. The lobby is not staffed after 5 and they were very concerned I would arrive after 5. If you arrive after 5 you need to go to another hotel to check k in. I felt pressured to hurry to the location as my train arrive d at 4:50. Also they were only 3 single outlets in a room for 5. This made charging everyone’s phones, tablets, cameras, smartwatches etc exceptionally challenging.

Good value in a great location. It was clean and safe. Also nice that it could accommodate a family if 5 in one room. Would definitely stay there again.

Some rooms need some upgrading especially the ones on the 3rd floor of the building. The floor in room that was assigned to me and my friends had a crack and it may cause some damage or injury.

Lilium Hotel is my go-to Hotel when I travel to Florence. I love that it is very close to the train station! And walking distance to most iconic places in Florence. I also love their breakfast spread. I have booked this hotel 3 times already and have recommended to my friends and family too. And they have actually stayed there. Customer service (special mention to Sana) is always great.

the only thing we didn't like was regarding the luggage as the guy receptionist told us to leave it near the door, as he assured us to move it to a safer place later when the breakfast time is done but when we came back we found it in the same place where guests or other persons can reach it easily.

the structure itself is excellent, very close to the station and you can reach the center easily by walking. In the surrounding area you can easily find restaurants and mini supermarkets. And lastly the receptionist who assisted us during the check in, he was really very kind and friendly.

Bath was cracked, and the floor was never washed. Dustbins were emptied every day.

Everything was great but just a suggestion if there were more hooks to hang our wet towels after a shower would be a bonus.

The staff was excellent. We ended arriving very early, about 1030. The girl working the front desk asked the staff if our room was ready and it was so they let us in. It was very nice to drop our stuff off and get settled in. We liked that our room was exactly as advertised and it was roomy for a family of 4. The hotel was also in a great location. We were able to walk to everything we wanted. Breakfast was also good... we like our eggs and bacon.

The interior of the building and the elevator are old.

Pleasant stay, very good location (near to the city center and close to the train station). The staff was very welcoming. We have arrived late at night after check-in time, but we had no issues. The staff provided all the check-in details in advance, so we can enter by ourselves. The breakfast was nice and varied.

The hotel rooms are a little old and the hotel itself is not very spacious. The rooms are also not very big like the study table and the bed are too close.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Although it’s a 2-stars hotel, we found the accommodation and overall experience very good. The staff, especially the lady at the reception was super nice! She was always helpful and kind, helped with suggestions, and prepared a lovely take away breakfast as we had to leave very early in the morning. Thank you!! :) The beds and pillows were very comfy, location perfect to walk to the city center and explore Firenze. Breakfast was very nice! The room where we had breakfast was a bit tiny for the number of people, maybe this can be improved? Very good experience overall :)

I wonder if elevator has regular maintenance program. Door seems about to fall and steel walls needs cleaning. Bottom pit is dirty. Safety of occupants is foremost and top priority.

The only issue (because we are not used to it) is to access it the first time. It is located in a building among other hotels.

The location is strategic. You can walk to every interest place. Also it is near to the train station. The breakfast has variety and the room it's cozy. Totally recomend it.
