The lady that checked us in knew very little english and we had a lot of trouble making it from the bell to the correct floor which was quite unpleasant and stressful.

The neighborhood is sketchy and dirty, doesn't look like a place where you can go for walks after dark.

The accomodation was clean, decent breakfast. The fact that is near the Termini station was a plus for us as we had to leave at 4 in the morning to the airport.

It was hard to find because it's just an appartment in a big building and there are no signs or instructions where it is exactly.

The bathroom, since although it is private, it is external, so we had to be careful with the keys every time we visited it.

The location (central), facilities are quite comfortable, breakfast is simple but delicious, and the cleanliness of the place is remarkable.

There were few things in the room that were broken, like for example a door handle, which is nothing super important, but mostly just annoying.

The host was very kind and helpful. She would also do daily cleaning of our room which we were very surprised with! We had breakfast included in the price, and it was pretty simple with only a few choices, but for us was still a plus as we were able to quickly get a cup of coffee early in the morning.

it was difficult to find , and I appreciate it was in an old building but it was dirty and the room wasn’t much better , really needed a coat of paint and a little tlc , saying that they put a breakfast on that was basic but alright for what it was

Everything was good.

Great location close to Rome terminal and Metro. Very comfortable bed with a nice shower. Everyday staff cleaned the bedroom. Good breakfast with milk, juice, bread and fresh cakes. Nice coffee shops and restaurants around.

Very hard to find. No signs or on what floor the property is. Bathroom had a very unpleasant smell and the walls are quite thin. Looked like the pictures but at the same time nothing like it. The walls were dirty and the shower wasn’t pleasant either. But for the money it probably okay. Breakfast was great, with the exception of a poor choice of fruit. But the fresh croissant brought from a local bakery- we assumed - were very tasty. But if you go for a breakfast at the same time as someone else you sit together at one table.

Not a hotel, but a room in an apartment in a big and old building. It would be better if they mention it in the description clearly. No slippers were provided. During one night heating did not work at all. It was freezing temperature. Next night they fixed it but with obviously impolite and annoying attitude. The photos do not reflect the actual state of the room. They definitely need renovation.

Close to city center (although the quarter did not seem very safe). Nice big kitchen and simple breakfast. Asian couple tried to be responsive.

Tried to make me pay with money saying they couldn't accept card payment. Poor breakfast, only thing fresh were sweet croissants and the room was not prepared in a sanitary way regarding covid (only one table for all guests). They left cheese toast that was cold and with lots of hair. The room was near the kitchen so a lot of noise in the morning.

Everything was ok

The room looked very nice, cosy and very clean and the bed was very confortable. The staff was very kind and responsive to our requests. The location is excellent, close to Termini train station and Santa Maria Maggiore and within walking distance to the Colloseum
