The atmosphere was so relaxed, the staff were very friendly and professional. The food (even the half board 5 course menu) was divine. By far the best place we've been to. Missing it already.

Breakfast there was a screaming child the entire time which really ruined the experience. This is of NO fault to the hotel , but just sharing as when you go to a property like this you usually are going to relax and that wasnt possible during breakfast then we needed to check out right after. One other comment would be to better explain some of the pricing for dinner when ordering things that come by the weight ( like steak )

Coming from someone who travels for work and pleasure I have stayed in every type of property and I will say this one really exceeded my expectations. It was fantastic, everything of very high quality from the pillows to the tea and coffee glassware, and everything in between. The staff were all very kind and very professional and always with a smile. The room was gorgeous, extremely cozy but modern and looked brand new. The restaurant has a Michelin star and was amazing. The hotel is full of character and tons of little nooks to sit in. I would highly reccommend this one of a kind property.

Wonderful hotel, modern but with class ant local touch. Fantastic staff who cares about you all the time but not too much to feel you uncomfortable. And food is really at the Michelin star level.

Everything. The room was spacious, clean, beautiful and super equipped. The location was beautiful and close to many attractions. The staff was super friendly, very professional and gave us a lot of good advice. The breakfast was of excellent quality and the restaurant was outstanding. The fine dining menu was exceptional. Exceptional location, the interior is decorated with a lot of taste, the rooms are beautifully kept with lots of attention to detail. The level of comfort is very high, it was difficult to say goodbye to this place! The restaurant is also a culinary experience not to be missed (that includes breakfast too). Our host was very attentive and kind.

Ansitz Steinbock is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Food, service, rooms and decor, and location were all absolutely perfect. We were there for our honeymoon and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and in comfort. I would absolutely go back in a heartbeat.

I would change the bread for breakfast! Restaurant has just outstanding own bread! They shouldn’t use frozen! After everything experience breakfast bread was IBIS style…. Big disappointment…

Facility outstanding! Zaraz będę! Century perfectly renovated! Each suite is different with AC and in room sauna. Fantasy design in every detail. Location just perfect. The only thing I would like to improve is to replace the bathrobes with terry ones and there were a lot of bees by the pool, they made it a bit difficult to relax.

The service exceeded our expectations. Everything was great. The staff was very attentive. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. It was unexpectedly nice to receive postcards and a snack at check-out.

The breakfast is fresh and delicious, and you also can order the extra thing from the menu. All the bed lining are good quality, especially the pillow, I love it! And the toiletries when I use I can feel the quality. When I live inside I really feel ralex!
