I liked everything. Adriana made good early contact with me, so l knew what l was doing. The apartment is in the heart of City, so great for any plans / excursions and the room was beautifully decorated and maintained. I wouldn't bother with even a cursory look elsewhere if l were ever going back to Messina. I'd be staying here again.

No elevator I did not take the breakfast option but I think for breakfast you have to go across the street .

The owners and manager are so nice! Really welcoming, friendly and so helpful with their superb English (putting my Italian to shame 😂) and expert knowledge about Messina and the surrounding towns and sites. The room is beautiful with super comfortable bed and a really nice modern bathroom with power shower. Also a balcony with a view of the main thoroughfare and superb aircon 😊 Adriana is an amazing manager and communicated superbly before, during, and after my stay. I will definitely come back again every time I am in Messina 😊

Our room was beautiful and surprisingly well isolated from the noises of the big street. Bathroom: pretty and big with everything you could need. We stayed only one night so we didn't have need for kitchen or other common room but they seemed to be equipped well too. The host was very friendly and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Also she gave us many useful tips of what to do while staying in Messina. Can't really find anything to complain about so this is a warm recommendation.

Beautiful room, great outlook, lovely bathroom. Was handy to the centre, buses, train station and ferry terminal. Great cafe over the road. Adriana was very helpful. Gave great advice and let us leave our bags at the property after checkout, which was very kind.

Due to the location it can be noisy but the double glazed patio doors keep out most of the noise.

Central location within walking distance of bars and restaurants. On street parking. Large room with art dec ceiling, balcony and fridge. Adriana is a mine of local information.

Everything was just awesome and smooth. Adriana is great host, she welcomed me after the check-in time without any extra costs. She gave me really nice and useful tips, was nice to comunicate.

If you're coming at a colder time of year, the room can take a while to heat up because of the beautiful high ceilings.

Due to the coronavirus they stopped serving breakfast right on the spot though there is a special breakfast room. Instead you are given a coupon for breakfast in the bar across the street where you can choose only one drink (tea/coffee/juice etc.) and one pastry - that's it

1. In the very center of Messina, a few blocks from Duomo and everything. Free street parking is possible 2. Rooms are spacious, comfy and very nicely decorated with Antonello di Messina's reproductions. The room looks like a 3* hotel room at least 3. B&B host Adriana is very helpful

It says free parking is available, but the hotel doesn't offer parking you need to find it on the street.

Beautifully decorated and spacious rooms with high ceilings, perfectly situated to explore Messina and very easy to get to from the ferry. Lovely owner and staff.
