    Disaster experience at place. Bad consumer service from Booking.com [and they define me as VIP.]

    The host ignored messages through booking.com messanger. He was suprised when we asked the keys upon arrival, as he thought we should arrived only the day after. We had no kettles [3 apartments! at last he agreed to bring only one - to all the apartments together] nor microwaves, stove pot was very week you cannot use more than 1 at a time. you cannot activate 2 devices paralely, else it causes short circuit. also the kettle made short circuit and droped the refrigirator electricity. all our 3 apartments suffered from that problem. Intentionaly, the electricity turned off automatically during night so all cellular phones weren't charged. the answer from the host was "you don't need to cook during night". also in all 3 apartments. The double bed was creaking very loudly even with a slight turn. all rooms [ the single ones were kind of fine]. In our bathroom, including toilet, there was no windows and the venta made unbearable noises. The host refused to say if he even intend to fix it. His advice was to turn it on after we finish use it, for a very short term d/t the noise, and then to turn it off. there was a lot of dirt mostly under the sofa but also in other places. while we arrived very late we had no choice but to to stay there for one night, as i talked to booking.com and told them we want to leave ASAP buthey said they dont have anything else close. they asked us not to cancell the whole reservation as it woud make the refund more problematic. They said that in the worst-case-scenario it would cost lower than half the price for the staying. Booking.com asked for pics and vids to demonstrate the above. We sent them. We left after one night only. To my suprise - Booking.com didn't look at the vids and pics I sent them. They ignored all other things and refused to give us any refund, despite our previous discussions. I am very disappointed by Booking.com
