Very old furniture with damages,no smart tv,the bed was very bad and impossible to sleep in.Sofa was broken and the pillows were falling down all the time.Impossible to sit.The storage for the skies was very dirty and smelled horrible.

Hot water was a big problem. It takes 5 minutes or more to get hot and then is inconsistent. This is a huge problem after skiing all day.

There were bunk beds in one room, which were not ideal for a tall person, there were chairs rather than a sofa in the sitting room area and our apartment lacked a kettle/coffee machine. It is also important to establish where your apartment is located relative to the lifts, reception and the village centre as Home Serve Apartamenti has properties all over the village.

Flight in to Marco Polo Airport, Car rental and drive up to Arabba were easy. Our apartment was almost new, ideally located and tastefully built and furnished. Ski room had lockers and boot warmers, was 75m from lift and ski in ...... We were a short walk from bars and restaurants too.

Top value option in Arabba. Our apartment was located in the city centre of Arabba - walking distance to Sella ronda and Marmolada cable car (7 minutes). Shop just bellow apartment. All clean.

It’s hard to tell which property you will end up with from the photos. The upstairs bathroom is very compact.

This was not a ski-to-door apartment which was important to us and we specifically searched for. In fact it was the last building in the village (maybe even outside the village since you drive by the village sign) and the only way to reach the ski lifts is by car. Once you get to the ski lifts you need to be early to find a space and pay for the parking. There are no local buses like in Austria or France, you have to pay for taxis to take you to the apartment if not using a car. These 2 points negate the advantage of being in Arabba in an apartment this far, if you could get a cheaper apartment in villages nearby. There was an extra charge of 210€ for towels, linen and city tax, payable only in cash. This is not unusual for Italy, but is not common in other countries we visit. Internet is slow, so if you plan to upload your Gopro footage or similar forget it. Better use your mobile internet if possible. Before the trip we tried to contact the host via Booking messages, asking about details of the apartment, arrival, confirmation, etc. The responses we got were exactly: "ok" and "confirm". It turned out fine, but had me worried until we got there.

Newly furnished apartment with floor heating and a washing machine. There is a decent size storage for ski equipment with boot warmers. Parking space in front of the apartment plus a garage with plenty of height for an SUV with a roof-box. There is plenty of light and a beautiful view from all sides of the apartment. When we arrived the internet wasn't working and there were no dishwasher tablets. The issues were quickly resolved and the lady from the office came to the apartment to confirm everything was ok.

I was surprised that we had to pay extra for bed linen and towels - expected this to be included in overall price. As English people we drink a lot of tea! It would have been nice to have some bigger mugs as the cups provided were quite small.

Liked the layout and location. Decor was attractive and practical. Beds were comfortable. Ski store with heated boots rack was useful. There was always plenty of hot water.

We did nit like that they charged additional 160€ for cleaning&towels, that was not included in the final price. The kitchen equipment wasn’t the best, but we managed (old pan, no sharp knives, no big cups for tea). There wasn’t any soap in the bathroom. Also no dish soup or cleaning supplies for dishes.

The location was great, we didn’t have to use our car at all.

The first apartment had big amount of mold on the walls and the smell was bad, so we decided to change it. The staff was very helpful and we got a much better place in the centre.

Alltogether we encountered only very minor nuisances which were offset by how great the apartment was: - locked trash bins so we had to keep trash bags on the balcony (it was quite cold so we did not mind) - not many places where to put our clothes for drying (e.g. more hangers or clothes horse could fix this) - four ski boots dryers when there were six of us

We stayed at Alaska residence for seven nights. It is a great place for skiing vacation, the slope is easily accessible. There were six of us in apartment with two bedrooms, one couch and two bathrooms so we were at the full capacity, but the it did not feel crowded. Parking for two cars was included (one outside, one in underground garage).

The sofa bed in common area (kitchen and dining room) when prepared for sleeping takes quite some space. We had to put the sofa bed together every morning to be able to move around kitchen. I guess it varies between the appartments because the last time in summer we had bigger common area and more space for sofa bed.

This is the second time we stayed at the Appartamenti (first time it was in summer). It is a perfect location for skiing holiday, as you can practically ski from the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, with dishwasher. There is a separate personal storage room for skis.

Every room/apartment is completely different so you can't really pick the one you like. Our room was on the lower floor and had cold tile floors but my friends had wood floors and other wood decoration. Her room was cute and ours was eh. There wasn't enough seating for our family and we had to move the sofa in order to watch the TV. There was no freezer in the fridge so we put our ice cream in the snow-- but the cute red fox got it. The "coffee machine" was a one cup percolator for the stovetop. No one has time and patience for that before a day on the slopes. There was no electric kettle either. It made mornings rough! Haha!

It was great for a family of 4. Two single beds in one room and a double/ king in the other room. Lots of storage. Ten minute walk down to the chairlift-- coming back uphill was awful though! Close to great little shop for ski service and purchasing some gear as well as renting-- all at great prices. The apartment overcharged me upon check in and realized it before checkout and refunded me (I hadn't even realized it).
