We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ItalyThe house was a bit cold upon our arrival. Even though the apartment was spacious, the actual bedroom was rather small and the bed was a tad short for a tall person like me. The breakfast was quite simple: a few sweet options like biscuits, snacks and jams and a bottle of juice. No milk and no bottled water. Two small portions of cheese. However, all products were of well reputed brands.
The view was stunning, the place very peaceful and in the middle of nature. The first morning my wife saw a spectacular dawn. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and the furniture modern and in very good conditions. The place was perfectly clean and very well equipped. The hosts were very friendly and always present but managed to stay invisible.

John and Jackie have created a little bit of heaven in some of the most beautiful areas in Italy. We were absolutely delighted with the creative design and workmanship of the accommodation. Every little detail was thoughtful. It was a great location to discover so many beautiful places, Gualdo and San Ginesio being highlights. Jackie and John have gone native and are totally integrated into Italian life and culture. Their advice on local trips and places of interest was superb. They have to produce a book about their twenty years in Italy. 🇮🇹

New high quality appartment, in great location to visit the area, and Mont Sibillini park. beutiful view from the balcony, very comfortable bed, and the hot tub in the garden, was great after a long traveling day. John and his wife were very welcoming. Just make sure you get the correct location from the owner, as the location in Bookings is wrong

John and Jackie are great hosts, always there, but only when you ask them something. The apartment was very clean, spacious, well equiped and very private. The view of the hills and the mountains from the terrace and the hottub was stunning. Very quiet surroundings, but not too far from a town or a through road. Several nice mountain villages, the Fiastra lake or the mountains within easy reach by car. We loved it and want to come back when in the area.

NetherlandsModern and clean apartment with the terrace and hot tab with the view to the mountains. It is actually a floor in an independent house, and the owners leave in another house next door. All of the facilities (terrace, bbq terrace, hot tab) are for your own use. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and they thought through every detail in the apartment, such as dishwasher detergent, soaps, cooking oils etc. We cooked ourselves and enjoyed our meals on the terrace. Main bedroom had a mosquito net on the window (older reviews mention they missed that). You can park your car next to the apartment.
