You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomNo complaints except it is quite a long walk to the lift (uphill in morning) but makes a good warm up before skiing. Approx. 10 mins - not ideal for young kids. Definitely not 'ski in ski out'. There is only one 4 person lift from the town (the other 2 are on edge of town and in the lower village) but it was never very busy - it could be a problem if the resort is full.
Lovely, smart and comfortable apartment on top floor. Very clean and sylish. Close to shops, restaurants and bars. Good sunny balcony. Good size bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Resort has plenty of facilities (food, shops, bars etc) and prices relatively low for Alps. English widely spoken. Plenty of runs but mainly red - not great resort for beginnners. No big queues at lifts - particularly considering it was English half-term (but Covid may have impacted numbers - many apartments were shuttered the whole week).

United Kingdomnever met the host and was let into the property remotely? good job i had a mobile phone? All taps in bathroom were lose and ready to break at any time, instruction for the wifi connection were in a welcome pack BUT WAS INCORECT so ended up sending a message to host. Electric tripped of several time (good job i know about electrics)
