The roof terrace is awful…. A bit of a mess, same with the courtyard outside. They both could be really good places to hang out with a drink but we quickly ditched them both as there is no bar up there and no way of ordering and it was dirty

The insulation was not good, you could hear everything going on outside of the hotel room and even from other floors. Also one of the cleaning crew was cleaning at 2 in the morning (and he was a bit loud), which I think is a bit weird but maybe it was just a one time thing.

Tea/coffee choice was very limited in the room but not really an issue as so many options outside.

Location was fantastic, all bars and restaurants along the canal within easy walking distance. Fabulous vintage shops and unusual boutiques. Metro on the doorstep also for easy travel into Milan centre.

The room and bathroom were big and comfortable. The whole staff was very nice, and when I said the light close to the bed was broken , they fixed right away. The location is also very good, close to the subway, many bars and restaurants, and with a supermarket right in front.

The variety of the breakfast, it could be more. I found it a little bit expensive but it is subjective.

The location is beautiful and close to the center with many restaurants and close to subway, the room was comfortable as well as the bed. The room was very clean. The personnel were polite enough. The breakfast was tasty. I recommend it.

Our rooms were rather warm along with the floors of the hotel. The lobby was comfortable but for some reason the rooms were very hot. We opened the windows but the heating system just kept the temperature too not.

The price was a bit too high considering the location, the room size and not including breakfast (which was not states clearly when I booked and I thought we had breakfast included). People were loudly coming from a party and yelling in the hallway at 5/6 am waking us up. Our room was a little but warm as well. I would only choose this neighborhood if I was there to party.

Our toddler had a very nice crib waiting with a decent mattress. There was snacks and coffee every day. Beds were comfortable.

One of our rooms was situated above the driveway where every morning at 5am they were clearing out the trash/glass bottles and it was very noisy, so much that the guests of the room were being woken up. Furthermore, we booked the superior double rooms which I was under the impression all had balconies, however it transpired that only some of them do, and none of the 3 rooms we booked had one, so that was a bit disappointing. The shower is quite tight as well, considering the bathrooms are quite large.

Location was great, right on the Navigli canal and many restaurants and cafes were within a 2 minute walk. The staff were all very polite and helpful.

Room was quite noisy at night and we went out of season. Our confirmation stated we had a garden view but we looked out onto the carrefour express !!

Location was fantastic, room was clean. Lots of power sockets available. Free toiletries were nice (note description states conditioner but there wasn't any, was plenty of other bits though). Room was a nice size, beds were super comfy. Spa facilities was amazing, salt wall, sauna, steam room, relax room and different types of showers.

The walls were paper thin and we could hear the next room talking and moving around as we could also hear their footsteps.

Poor / No sound-proofing! I could hear the next-door tenant blowing their nose every morning!

Great location - underground car park is a bonus, however it is not included in the price. These hidden charges is usually what drives people away from returning. The room was clean.
