The only negative was the Wine Bar located next door. The constant opening and closing of the doors created not only noise but noticeable vibrations that extended to the apartments. The loud conversations of the patrons did make it a little difficult to sleep. Having said this we are used to Suburban living and not the noises that you get with a centrally located city apartment.

Apartment location, we were a 5-minute stroll from landmarks like Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Beatrix our host was very welcoming, her recommendations enhanced our stay, with the added convenience of having great restaurants and shops in close proximity. The apartments cleanliness great with a cleaner visiting every second day ensured that the space remained immaculate throughout our stay. Beatrix provisioned the apartment with breakfast, thoughtful snacks and the ingredients to make a simple pasta dish. Highly recommend this location great facilities with its blend of comfort and location.

Ascanio 26 it’s an exceptionally good located apt in Rome. This is a beautiful, elegantly decorated one bedroom apartment with separate kitchen. We were probably 10 minutes from Plaza Navona and the same from the Pantheon. There were shops and restaurants close by. Beatrix owns and manages the property and she stocked it with breakfast foods and snacks. Her cleaner came every other day and replenished the linens and tidied up . There were maps showing places of interest that were easy to follow. I would strongly recommend Beatrix and particularly this apartment. It was truly lovely and we were in the middle of everything. Thank you!

We loved the very comfortable apartment and great central location. Beatrice was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. From the comfortable beds to the generous breakfast items the charming apartment suited us well. We would definitely stay again should our travels take us to Rome!

The property is perfectly located at the very center of Rome. The host is amazing and provides all the information and support during the stay. My daughter had healthy problem so Bea took this seriously and allowed us to stay longer time than we had in our reservation. The apartment is clean, big enough and confortable, has all amenities for a pleasent stay.

we loved staying at Beatrice’s apartment. So central, very comfortable and very accommodating. we arrived to meet Beatrice and her wonderful smile and she had provided some wonderful breakfast items for us - so thoughtful. We will definitely stay here again when in Roma.

There was nothing to dislike!

This was a great location! Centrally located. The apartment was well stocked. Beatrice was so so helpful and had many great suggestions and available for any questions we had. Even for when we left Rome. Right across from apartment was a mini mart and the owner Mansuro was delightful! We had 4 of us staying there and felt very comfortable. The only suggestion for the owner is to have a potholder or towel to use for the italian coffee maker.. it is hot to take off the stove haha. The shower is small... but a complaint just a note. We would 100% stay there again!!

This is a fabulous, well equipped spacious apartment with air conditioning and king sized bed, right in old Rome. Walk to everything. The host is wonderfully attentive, and can not do enough for her guests. You will love her. Everything is thought of down to the products in the bathroom. There is a fantastic breakfast provided. The apartment even has a 2000 year old well in the foyer. I highly recommend staying here, if it is available. You will not be disappointed.

The central location was noisier than if we had chosen to stay in a more remote apartment.

The location was fantastic and perfectly central to all of the sites on our itinerary. Beatrice was wonderful with recommendations for restaurants and assisting with reservations.

The only thing that isn't perfect is that the shower is a little small. But it has good temperature and water pressure, so we were completely satisfied with it.

We loved everything! Great location, comfortable beds, wonderful host, and a perfect mix of an amazing old building with modern comforts. There is even an elevator, which is so nice when your legs are tired after a long day exploring Rome.
