The wifi would be a little stronger!

The location was amazing, very close to the metro just 15-20min from the Spagna station at the Spanish Steps. The breakfast was so convenient, they even offered to cook me eggs! The room is very comfortable and the pillows were heavenly — you don’t get pillows like this at a hotel/B&B usually. The hosts were incredibly nice and overall I had a really great time and felt safe as I was travelling without my husband.

The host and the location are absolutely fantastic! Andrea and Serena are some of the nicest people we met in Rome, super kind, friendly and eager to help. The location is very cozy, comfortable, quiet and clean, with everything you could possibly need (including fast WiFi and Smart TV). Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. The location is also close to the bus station and subway, so you're essentially minutes away from every tourist attraction, but without any noise or crowds. There's absolutely no chance you won't enjoy this place, and we highly recommend it, as we'll definitely return to it next year! Thank you so much for an amazing vacation in Rome!

The mattress and pillows were very hard, clear instruction on how to operate the air-con would have been useful and the wifi even with the extension didn't stretch to the far side of our room where the main bed was located. The breakfast was laid out but then there was always the owner or staff to make coffee, egg and toast the rest I think you served yourself too. I'm still a little unclear how it worked, it needs to be either self service or full service as it was confusing. Whilst luggage storage is offered there is no secure place to leave it, a cupboard needs to be created for with a lock.

The bed linen and towels were of quality and there was turndown service every morning with fresh towels given every other day, the cleanliness of the B&B was excellent. The owners and staff were friendly and happy to chat and be of assistance if you required information about the city. The location by the the bus stop was superb and check in-out was very effective.

The mattress was very soft and I could feel the base of the bed but as soon as I spoke to Andrea about it he put a mattress topper on which helped a lot. The shower was a bit small for us and there wasn't anywhere to store your soap & shampoo inside the shower.

The owner Andrea is very accommodating and helpful. So are the rest of the staff. The room was cleaned every day and it's very close to the bus stop where you can catch a bus into town.

My family enjoyed our 2 night stay. The location is ideal, close to the Vatican, restaurants, bus stop, and supermarket. The WiFi was very good and the breakfast also great. Serena is a wonderful and helpful hostess, we broke one of our keys and she replaced without cost. She also gave us great advice about what to visit in the area. We also appreciated having a washing machine in the apartment. Parking in the street also seemed to be safe as there was very little movement as it is a cul de sac.

It’s a bit far from the center but there are very comfortable buses and metros

It’s very cute and cozy, quiet and safe at night. Perfect for families and small groups. The breakfast is amazing and the staff are the nicest people we met on the trip. They explained the city and the public transport very well and we’re all around lovely! Even gave recommendations😊. We’d like to thank them for making us feel so at home. As first time travelers they were an amazing introduction to the city! The apartment is also very clean has air conditioning and is very comfortable.

The distance between the location, Vatican, and other attractions. Especially the Vatican, I really thought it would be much closer than it really was. The walk is quite long and very confusing when you first get there.

Everything was wonderful. The most special is the owner (Serena), and her son. The staff was amazing, especially Maribel. We always had clean linens and towels.

if someone is using the toilet it is heard so if it is late at night it can wake you up. It didn't really happen during our stay but it could be an issue.
