Room, was ok, not what we expected for triple room. Not a real balcony!No WiFi, couldn't get connected, wrong info on door. Narrow Alley was dangerous with motor vehicles, where we had to walk to our hotel entrance. Walls thin could hear noisy people shouting. No breakfast as advertised. Address given to us was not the address where we stayed.

Could get a couple of TV programs in English.

The description of the room wasn't that accurate so we really didn't know what to expect, but it was a nice accommodation nonetheless. I suggest to fix the toilet flush inconvenience and to provide more kitchen tools.

I especially appreciated the fantastic position right in the heart of Naples and Maria, the lady who welcomed us, was very kind.

It was very hard to locate the location. More information such as go to the luggage shop, we will take you to the actual room would have been helpful. The streets are hard to navigate so more information would be good

The breakfast was poor and not to our liking. It was okay for one day but couldn't stomach anymore than that. There were pastries, coffee and orange juice available but not having a huge sweet tooth, I wished there were more savoury options available.

The location was great, right in the bustling centre of Naples with a small walk to the pier and easy access to the ferry links. The rooms were very spacious although a bit hot upstairs, it was however 34 degrees outside.

Breakfast was included in the offer, but we had 10 min walk to the cafe for breakfast. The offer was so bad, including coloured water instead of juice, that we walked away. The money for breakfast was included in the room rate and the offer, but the offer was unsatisfactory. There were no glasses in the room, not even plastic glasses in the bathroom!!!. No kettle in the room or in the common areas.

We didn't like it at all. It was very old/dated, very badly decorated, not very clean (mold in the shower, old dirty curtains, used melted soap in the shower, hair found on the pillows so most probably linen were not changed), the shower doors were broken, the room very uncomfortable (the single bed was in front of the mirror!!!), very noisy area and the building in general was very old and dirty. We would never stayed there again prefer to pay more and stay somewhere else.

A very cheap stay for someone who has budget limits.

Although staff were friendly it doesn’t compensate how dirty and poorly maintained this property was. Boiler stopped providing hot water after the first shower (we were 3) and our showers weren’t particularly long. The aircon didn’t work and when put on swing it blew out dust from the vents that probably have never been cleant. We kept sneezing and wheezing at night. The bathroom had patches of mould in many areas and the shower sliding door was broken so water would form a puddle outside. The windows were chipping away chunks of wood and paint. Overall not worth a penny for how badly maintained the facilities are.

There was no electricity in the morning!!! The shower was broken and we were not able to take a shower!!!! They showed us one entrance, then it was locked and they didnt give us the keys!! If we didnt randomly see one person who showed us another door we would have been locked out!!! They dont respond!!!! It was dirthy!!!

the service was terrible. the experience was very bad, one of the beds didn’t have bed sheets and we didn’t get towels. when we got the room, we ask the receptionist for the towels and she asks as to wait as they were on the way. We waited for a while and decided to go out for dinner and 3 hours later we came back and the towels were not there yet. I called the receptionist several times and never replied on WhatsApp or the messages on booking.

The place is really a hostel. Nothing in the property but beds, sharing a bare kitchen space with some other rooms. It was not what we expected for this price.

The location is meant to be good but with rooms open to a main street that means a lot of noise all night
