Although the apartment itself was comfortable, noise from the adjacent unit was a minor issue. One night I was disturbed by late-night conversations at around 2 a.m., with the sound of hairdryers coming from a flat next door.

The apartment boasted an excellent location, conveniently situated near the bus stop. Additionally, its proximity to Citta Alta made exploring the historic center a breeze. The host was responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in. The availability of coffee, tea, and snacks was a nice touch.

Very good location, close to the most of interesting areas in Bergamo. Erica provided easy to follow instructions for both check-in and check-out. Also, the complimentary tea and cookies were delicious.

Due to the hills, it is not easy to reach via public transport with a luggage. But this is inevitable in Bergamo so acceptable.

The sound proofing might be better as I heard neighbors in the next room, but not too much. Just a bit. And there is a sign to keep quiet between 10pm and 8am.

The location is perfect. Very close to the center of the lower city and a 3-minute walk to the bus station to get to the upper (ancient) city (it takes about 7 minutes by bus, just few stops). It is also 2-minute walk from the Arts Museum of Bergamo (a good place to visit if you like paintings) For the check-in, the owner sent the code to enter the building together with instructions where to get the keys and the number of your room. It is on the second floor. The shared space has a kitchenette with the stove, microwave, electric kettle, some dishes and gasses etc - everything you need to stop for a few days. There was tea, sugar and some cookies. There is also a shared living room with a table and chairs. It is said that the guests can leave their luggage there in case of late departure from the place (the check-out of the room is at 12 pm) The room was very warm. The radiator has a temperature regulator. The window is double-glazed and has shutters, so the sunlight won't disturb you. And the street outside is very quiet. There is a table, chairs, some shelves. The bed is great with good linen. The bathroom inside the room is good. There are towels and toiletries. I love the place and would stay there more than just a night.
