It is a bit away from the center but nicely accessible by metro or night buses:)

Breakfast. it’s just snacks and yogurt (sometimes not). So if you want a good breakfast you should find some cafe near outside

The location is great, near the subway station and old park. There is everything you need for couple days of your trip, clean.

The shower cabin in the toilet is quite small (60x60 cm?) with L-shaped folding door and a step right next to it so we had to think about that step every time.. A hook or two in the bathroom could be helpfull. And the table for breakfast in the room was quite small. In general, we don't like much Italian breakfast as we like to have more options that also include fruits and cereals with yoghurt and some salad.. therefore we bought some groceries but had very small place to keep them in the room.. For coffee we only got tablets to use in the coffee machine in the corridor outside of the room, not much choice..

The room is pleasant and there is lot of space in it. It was quite clean and full of natural light. The location is quiet and very close to the subway.

I did not find convenient the "not in person" checkout: leaving the keys outside of the room is not super safe, but likely all went okay and nothing was missing from the room. The bathroom outside might be a bit uncomfortable, but indeed is acceptable for the low cost of the structure. there is just a more spacious room

The host was really nice, close to metro station, the room was acceptably tidy and clean. Nice breakfast, with water always included (even outside of the breakfast time).

Very bad shower, it was broken. Really hard to check out if you leave early in the morning - you need to somehow leave the keys inside the apartment and also to open all the doors…

The location is far away from the city center, if the metro is not working, you have to take the bus and is 1 hour from the city center. Also, is not a quiet place, the cleaning is in the morning and they knock on your door all the time, no matter how much you tell them that you don't need cleaning at that time. The shower doesn't work well also the staff was not too friendly.

The bedroom is big and the breakfast is modest, the bed is comfy and you have air conditioner in the room. Is simply and good price.

From personal experience, the split level in the bathroom can be a bit of hazard when tired!

The room was very clean and modern, as was the shared bathroom. The entire flat is decorated nicely, it feels nice and homely. The amenities listed were available. The host was generous in access to bottled water. The location was good with the metro a few meters away and buses close by. This is in suburban Rome with plenty of shops on the main road. It was about 20 minutes by the metro and an hour by bus (at 10pm at night, work on the metro). The host was happy to answer questions about the area and was very friendly, it seems she takes a lot of pride in her B&B.

I stayed in this apartment for 2 nights. The owner is a very nice woman, met, showed and explained everything. My room had a bed, a TV, towels, a table, a chair, and a wardrobe. Opposite was a shower, toilet and all amenities. In the room there was breakfast, toast, you could make tea or coffee, take water. Although the apartment is not in the center, it is easy to get there by metro. Overall, I really liked it.

Access to the room is the most difficult thing for the beginner traveler. Luckily the landlord comes and helps me to access the room otherwise I cannot access to my room for sure.

The B&B is in a very convenient location as the metro line A is just a two-minute walk away. The apartment also felt very safe and is in a secure area. The bed was comfortable. The host is a very nice lady. There was also free coffee/tea, yogurt, juice, etc. There's nothing very negative to comment on. I would definitely recommend it, especially for solo travellers like myself.

Not private enough. Why? The host entered the room when I was not there. Still I understand it was to leave the breakfast, but there are other ways. Beside that I payed the city tax with 10 Euros bill, the host did not had 4 euros to give me back. Told me she will give me tomorrow, she did not even mentioned that. As a matter of fact I never saw her anymore. Very irresponsible.

It was alright, but I would probably skip this one next time.

The location is great, literally situated at one minute walk from Subsugusta metro station. You take metro from Subsugusta and get to all important touristic attractions in Rome. Also, the place was clean, quiet and so cozy. Ninetta, the host is a wonderful person ! All great, planning to go back.
