the facility was very clean, the room was cozy, the staff was so caring that I could spend happy time The view from there was breathtaking especially in the morning. You can see the Mt.Etna from the garden. I definitely recommend staying here

In my 10 days in Sicily, this B&B was by far the best. The host Tony and his wife are extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, bed comfy, and breakfast excellent. They were even kind enough to let me do a load of laundry, which was much appreciated after 3weeks of traveling. Private free parking as well and they have a friendly/well mannered dog who will greet you :) Roughly 10 minute drive form Acireale train station for easy access to Catania, 40 minute drive to Mt Etna R. Sapienza, and 40 minute drive to Taormina. One thing to remember as mentioned on the website - Payment is in CASH only.

The hosts were amazing, really helpful and even offered to drive us places when they realized we didn't have a rental car. The food was really fresh and delicious.

Everything. We chose this place because we wanted to feel safe regarding our car being locked behind a gate during night and ended up having a great relaxing swimming pool area. Great Breakfast. Very clean room with really good service .. owners are so nice we really felt like knowing them for a long time.

Everything was excellent. We booked Il Vulcano last minute after a really bad experience in an other local hotel. We were really surprised to arrive in a cozy oasis as Il Vulcano it is. We were welcomed by the smile and kindness of Silvana and Toni, who also gave us many suggestions for visiting the area and beyond.

I can’t thank Tony and Silvana enough. My favourite stay on my solo journey of Italy and Sicily from Australia. I felt so nurtured, relaxed and happy staying at their Bnb. Nothing was too much to ask, amazing chef, tour guide, translator , friendly, hospitable, comfortable, clean, privacy, relaxation. the best of the best. Tony made me scrambled eggs or whatever I liked! There were even fireworks on my first night! And I stayed an extra two nights, loved it so much 🙏🏼 Tony took me to: Taormina Mt Etna Catania historic churches Highly recommend

We had a wonderful relaxing 2 day stay at B&B Il Vulcano. What a beautiful place to take a mini vacation. The staff was excellent, Toni & Sylvana are super friendly,like staying with family. The food was amazing!! What a nice variety of homemade items to enjoy. The accommodations were wonderful,, updated and well maintained. We will definitely be coming back for another visit and will highly recommend

Toni is an excellent host with a big smile. We felt very welcomed at his B&B and enjoyed every day of our stay. Communication was easy via booking or WhatsApp. Breakfast was very good and varied. The seaview is beautiful in the morning and you can also appreciate the overwhelming Etna view in the front garden. We spent a very heart-warming Christmas Eve together.

Our 4 day stay at this place was superb. Toni e Sylvia went out of their way to make our holiday a memorable one. They prepared a healthy and hearty breakfast every morning and this was served in the room' s balcony while enjoying breath taking country and distant seaviews. The property is very well maintained and very clean .I would return even tomorrow!! Thank you Toni e Sylvia!!

Rooms in close proximity to entrance where breakfast is served when weather does not permit outdoor seating. This can be a bit noisy. However we really enjoyed our stay so nothing to complain about!

Tony and Sylvana are excellent hosts. They provided us with ideas where to visit in the proximity and were always available for a chat! Good sized pool to refresh in! Freshly baked Sicilian sweets by Sylvana which were to die for! Close proximity to motorway.
