The kitchen is old and poorly equipped,no glasses! Beds were ok. Staff was nice and the location was very good.

The bathroom is ok, but the shower fills with water thanks to the clogged drain. The bed is not good. Cleaning is just regular. The bedding is old and the breakfast is simple.

Location only. The hotel is in the central area of the city, from where you can walk to pretty much all of Lecce's main sights - museums, churches, ruins etc. However, nothing else surprises positively.

I didnt like that I could not chose the breakfast, it was always sweet and not enough. As well their WIFI didnt work almost at all when I was there. The staff tried to help me but it didnt get resolved at all. As I was travelling for work I found it extremely difficult to be without internet in my room and I think it is the greatest downside of this place.

The room was big and spacious and the location is amazing, right in the center. The staff was very friendly and was helping me with whatever I needed.

There was no (or barely any) Wi-Fi in the room. The breakfast was in the room and it was served more than an hour late and we were not notified about it.

Terrible wifi connection. According to the staff there were some issues with the wifi and therefore a connection couldn't be established most of the time. Bathroom would need a renovation.

Directly in the city center with nice views from the window. Close to restaurants, cafes and many shopping opportunities. Friendly staff. Breakfast brought directly to the room.

Rude behaviour from the staff, specifically the woman managing the place. First, the place was different than this one booked via Booking, the address of the actual place was sent without clearly specifying we were being sent in a different location. Most importantly, there was a problem with the key/doorlock of the main door during the night, which wasn’t working properly as the door couldn’t be opened, had to force it a bit and the key got broken. This prevented us from entering and spending the night in the booked room. Besides the issue itself, the real problem has been the total lack of manners and poor communication of the manager, who was denying the possibility that any problem could exist with the door (apparently if smth was working previously it can’t be not working at some point…), insinuating we weren’t sober with no basis, overall being very impolite in a clearly unpleasant situation for us. All this, although I was fine with paying a small fee for fixing the key besides the room rate (eventually paid with a little extra as charity). Bottom line: issues can happen, but customers must be treated with respect especially in such circumstances. Steer clear, there are many other nice options in the city center.

They serve a personalized breakfast in the apartment however our was very sweet whereas we asked for a not so sweet breakfast.

The location is amazing and the employees are helpful. Most of all the price is great.

The host wasn’t in the reception when we arrive. We have to call and then they arrive in 10 minutes.

The location, it’s in the very city center of Lecce. There’s a lot of restaurants, bar and gelateries near the hotel.
