We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAn incredibly minor observation, but the boot room lockers didn't quite drain properly and were slightly damp overnight.
The hotel's communal facilities are on a level way above its star rating: a truly fantastic range of breakfast options (including freshly pressed juice - a lifesaver in winter when you may be maxxing out on meat and cheese), new proper (not infrared) sauna facilities for free, and easy parking right out front. Right next to the very well-stocked village supermarket. It is a family-run business and the hospitality is great. Lastly, the housekeeping was exceptional.

Marilena has only sandwiches and snacks to offer, but dinner at neighbour hotel Malita is great (tip: try pasta carbonara, house white wine and tiramisu for dessert…you won’t regret)

Nice, functional and clean rooms, sauna (with access to snowed patio and outdoor jacuzzi) and ski storage room (with lockers and boot drier). Excellent breakfast. On-site coffee shop. Fee parking.

Manuel and Cristina (and the rest of the team) were wonderful hosts and really treated everyone like family. The breakfast was sumpteous with all the choices you could want and couldn't ask for anything more. The fresh juice station (DIY) was also welcome. They will make you sandwiches for the day ahead for a reasonable price in the mornings. They did everything to make our stay with a group ranging from a 2 year old to a 90 year old (wheelchair) one of the best vacations we've ever had. Would highly recommend to everyone. The bathrooms are all new and powerful shower (useful after the days hiking/biking) and the little bar/restaurant is perfect for a nice relaxing drink. The Spar around the corner is well stocked for picnics and food. The location is is right across from the two main chair-lifts and Manuel knows everyone in the area so very helpful to order food and to book restaurants in surrounding towns. The lift is big enough for the wheelchair. The rooms are simple and plenty spacious for basic needs. The windows are new and very well insulated. The sauna is clean and convenient. Breakfast on the deck in the mornings was bliss.

We loved our stay at this exceptional hotel, Manuel and the team were all so friendly and welcoming. The room was superb with plenty of space, the best shower and veranda with stunning views. Great town to base yourself in and explore the Dolomites. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and we look forward to the day we can return.

We like the Hotel, and espacially the nice staff and Emmanuel. We arrived very late and got checked in by Emmanual with all relevant infrmation for Arraba. In addition Emmanual arrange us very late dinner with his good connection to a near by resytaurant

In addition to an incredible location with spectacular views of the dolomites, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was excellent and personable and the included breakfast was great.
