We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

United KingdomLots of mosquitos in the garden area - not sure how you can avoid this! Big issue for me personally was that when breakfast was being prepared for guests from 8am, it was very noisy and could be heard loudly from our room when trying to sleep.
Lovely and clean room. Great facilities - shower gels, towels etc. Aircon was great. Breakfast included was delicious. Host was super friendly.

NetherlandsWe had a perfect stay here, location is good. Price Quality is on top. Big plus is the bike you can borrow for free. Breakfast was lovely served in the bedroom by the kind owners and tasted really fresh. Bed/pillows were comfy too.

The room was good size, comfortable beds, lovely terrace and view of the garden. Air conditioning. Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Free bikes available. Beach 6 minutes on bike, 15 minutes walking. Dog friendly. Parking on the street close to the house always available.

LuxembourgNothing to dislike about the B&B itself. Just the location is a point to note - if you have a dog, the closest beach that allows for dogs is Bagno Firenze, about 20min by foot from the B&B. Better go there by car. But this is not the fault of the b&b.
Awesome host who did her best to help out. Great tasty breakfast served in the room. Dogs were allowed in the room and welcomed even. Beautiful surrounding garden. Building in close proximity to shopping streets and a few good restaurants.

Germanyeven thinking hard doesn`t bring up anything i could possible write here.
What can i say - we were welcomed with open arms and a smile. Our hosts were more then eager to please and make anything as easy as possible. We were nearly forced to have coffee ;-) , which was very good by the way. Rooms were very nice, comfy and when shutters closed really dark which was nice. Bathroom nicely decorated and the thing that really did it for me, after a long demanding drive from Germany: they had bicycles which we could use free of charge to roam about and so we cycled to Massa di Carrara where we have a nice restaurant (La Carretta) that does gluten-free pasta as well as pizza which really is fantastic!!! Anyways - So not only did we get good food, we also got some exercise to balance the long drive. In the morning they brought a nice breakfast which was fruit and a hot latte for me, as well cornettoes and cappuccino for my colleague. and i will certainly check them first, if we come back to the Carrara Region. they get 6 over 5 stars from me
